Disappointed with customer service
I have been on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours today and went to the local Cricket Authorized store to get and issue resolved with the day ending with the cricket repesentive hanging up with myself and the rep at the store. This is not exceptable and my issue need to be fixed or I will not hesitate to switch service.
Port Out Scam
My account was cancelled today and my number was fraudulently ported out. I was unable to reach a Customer Service rep after sitting on hold for 3.5 hours. Once the thief had access to my phone number they were able to change my password on my email and then a whole bunch of other sites. Is there anybody I can contact, or who can contact me to help get this sorted. Thanks.
Just wanted to express my frustration with the fact that Cricket never offers any kind of phone deals for current customers!! It seems they only care about gaining more new customers than keeping the loyal customers satisfied as well!! It really sucks and I’m thinking about taking my service to someone who appreciates current customers as much as they do new ones!!!!
terrible service in north central FL
I live in north central Florida, Archer, bronson, chiegland, williston areas... I cannot have a phone conversation at pretty much anytime without dropping or extremely poor quality, hearing every 3rd word. When I contact support I'm told they are having issues in area, but this is over a year now! I'm over it. Anyone seeing same issues? I'm using an A52 5g... (phone is fine)
Unresolved tickets for 2 weeks
I requested an unlock code, line qualifies. Customer care could not get it and placed a ticket to tech Dept. That was over 2 weeks ago and 5 calls, on when was told 2-3business days. How is this acceptable that it remains unresolved and no one in customer care can contact the tech Dept? Why is the floor supervisor the highest person I can speak with?
NO CELL DERVICE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD FOR A WEEK NOW
Can someone please tell me why there has been no cell service in my neighborhood 89102 for a week now and my provider does not even know a tower has been damaged and no one in my neighborhood has service and my many attempts to use online support is going nowhere...they don't even see that there Is problem with the damaged tower/

After going through a messy repossession in 2020, my credit score dropped to Equifax: 512, TransUnion: 504, Experian: 509.
