I live in north central Florida, Archer, bronson, chiegland, williston areas... I cannot have a phone conversation at pretty much anytime without dropping or extremely poor quality, hearing every 3rd word. When I contact support I'm told they are having issues in area, but this is over a year now! I'm over it. Anyone seeing same issues? I'm using an A52 5g... (phone is fine)
Can someone please tell me why there has been no cell service in my neighborhood 89102 for a week now and my provider does not even know a tower has been damaged and no one in my neighborhood has service and my many attempts to use online support is going nowhere...they don't even see that there Is problem with the damaged tower/
I requested an unlock code, line qualifies. Customer care could not get it and placed a ticket to tech Dept. That was over 2 weeks ago and 5 calls, on when was told 2-3business days. How is this acceptable that it remains unresolved and no one in customer care can contact the tech Dept? Why is the floor supervisor the highest person I can speak with?
I have been a customer since 2019. My family and I went in office, online and, called customer service to figure out why one or any of our four lines that I have purchased since 2019 don't ever possibly have upgrade possibility. We have paid for numerous newer phones at full price. I paid full price like this Moto g stylus 2023 version that downgraded me for my last phone. The price tag was 250 bucks but we have no possibility of upgrading our phones with any kind of discounts? I'm completely confused cuz I was told there was and we have not been able to upgrade any of our phones. My other phones are like the iPhone 11 and iPhone XR and I think it's Galaxy 21 or something
