I’ve had this plan for a while and I use it to play my Xbox Series X. A few weeks ago, I’ve noticed that I can’t connect to anyone. What is going on and why did this change happen? I know it’s not the device, the games, the xbox, etc. It’s something on Cricket’s end. Everything has been fine for months. There are people on Reddit that have also noticed the same thing I have. I need help.
My brother had an account with Cricket but he recently passed away. I called to see about getting a refund as they had only debited his account 2 days prior. They allowed me to change his pass-code and pin, but their company policy does not allow refunds. Obviously, its not the amount of the charge, but the policy of not returning any unused portion of his fee. Perhaps they need that money to stave off bankruptcy. It's hard enough trying to deal with business after my brother's death, but now I'm just disgusted with having to deal with them.So buyer beware about the fine print.
Last week I found out that Cricket ported out my phone number without my consent. As soon as I found out I contacted them and they assured me that this would be taken care of in 24 to 48 hours. Meanwhile I've had to close my bank accounts because there was fraudulent activity. I've called Cricket every single day and get the same runaround oh it'll be back on by the end of the day ma'am we're so sorry we're so sorry. I've gone into the store and they are of NO help at all. I've asked to talk to a supervisor to no avail I've asked to talk to the back office to no avail this is absolutely the worst customer service. I'm totally frustrated with this whole situation. I am a caregiver for two very sick relatives and all their and my information medically is attached to my phone number it's beenone total nightmare. Cricket has totally dropped the ball even though they admitted it was security breach on their end. I filed a complaint with the FCC and with my attorney general's office in Washi
Trying to access my account from over seas. Tried the basic resets like mentioned in some support topics like clear cache / cookies. Use a VPN but nothing works. Once I try to login I receive this error. You don't have permission to access "http://www.cricketwireless.com/restservices/accountauth/v1/authtokens/halo" on this server. As a long time cricket customer I would like to be able to manage my account and phone lines from anywhere. So please let me know a workaround to get access to my account. ThanksThomas M
I recently enrolled with Cricket Wireless (last Friday). Signed up for the $55 unlimited plan and got the Moto Play. Before purchasing the phone the sales associate asked what id typically be using my mobile device for and I replied with " Mainly for gaming" The Moto Play is what they recommended and what I walked out of the store with. After just hours off using the device it became clear to me that it his device is certainly not suitable for gameplay. I looked online at the cricket website and discovered several other phones that I could have and should have been offered instead of the Moto Play. I was not. I know I should have researched before the purchase instead of afterwards, but I was under the assumption cricket employees would point mebi. The right direction. Is there anyway that I can exchange this device for a different one?
Three lines on my account were illegally ported a week ago to another carrier. I was told I wojld hear something within 3-5 business days. Times up! I called back today and after being on hold for 15 min then hung up on immediately and calling back and waiting AGAIN I was told it is still being investingated and I should hear something by Tuesday. Meanwhile my daughter was out of state when this happened and had to pay over $60 to get a new line. Cricket refuses to help with this even though it’s Crickets system that has been hacked. I also had to pay for a new line and my boyfriend has had no phone for a week now. I asked if the fees could be waived for another line so he could have a phone while we wait and was given a $10 credit? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I have been a Cricket customer for over six years and you refuse to make this right. I need my numbers back. My daughter is now locked out of her school account and I’ve had several other accounts that have been accessed due to your lac
On 7/6/2023, my cell number was illegally ported out without permission. I have been using this number for decades and been the cricket customer for 7 years. My phone service just stopped working suddenly and it says “ SOS ONLY”. I thought is was just the phone issue and had tried to fix it, but after several hours trying I realized it’s a port out scam. I had been calling Cricket customer service numerous time speaking with different representatives and noticed my pin & security question were already changed by the scammer and I had to go to the store in-person with my ID. I went to the cricket store twice showing my ID and spending more than 6 hours there, no one can open a case for me to do the investigation to help get my number back. My phone was ported out to StraightTalk then Simple Mobile (same company) within a day and I spoke to their customer service reporting this scam. I was told by Simple Mobile that I need to get Cricket open a case so they can work together with Cri

My father prepaid for a whole year of Cricket service in Dec 2023. He had to switch service this week due to Cricket not working in his location any longer. He still had 5-6 months of credit remaining with Cricket. Is it possible to transfer that credit to my account?
I continue to get notices to activate a phone on an order that I received in mid-April…..and have activated. It is on my account AND working. Only now I’m told that if I don’t activate within the next 5 days it will be cancelled! I’ve activated it...a few times. It is my son’s phone and I DO NOT want it taken off of my account. I’ve activated the order…..over and over again, but still getting notices to activate it or it will be cancelled. I upgraded my son’s old phone on April 14th, so this was an order for an existing line that has been with Cricket for the past 4 years. I activated the phone (via the phone itself) when it came in a few days later and have “activated” again and again through these incessant texts and emails I’m getting telling me the phone is going to be cancelled. He is leaving on a school trip in 3 days and I CANNOT have his phone stop working in 5 days while he is out of town. Can someone help please.

Hi Crockett, How are you? My phone and my husband’s were hacked for a second time. The first involved my husband’s phone only with a Zelle transfer. The second involved both our phones with a large wire transfer and access to our bank info. After reading the Crockett forums, this seems to be common. Given I reside in Mexico, cannot call on my phone and have been locked out of my online account, how do you recommend I fix this? Also what steps are cricket taking to minimize this? One hack and loss of money is too much. Twice is unacceptable.
Because of Cricket not wanting to provide me with my phone records, I am about to loose my job.Cricket wants a subpoena in order to release my phone records and to get a subpoena is a long and expensive process for which I don’t have the money nor the time, I need these records now within 15 days.A life long career with a good company down the drain just because I can’t provide my phone records.Thank you Cricket. Be warned, watch out, if you ever find yourself in legal issues where you need your phone records quick, you will be screwed with Cricket.
Why is it that after being a responsible customer for so long, there are no discounts for upgrading your phone? They charge the amount they sell for everywhere. Not to mention, I haven’t upgraded once in three years. But new accounts get a $300.00 discount.I understand new accounts are important but most of those new accounts are due to your current customers word of mouth.Current customers and their history should account for something with upgrades, shouldn’t they?
I lost my phone on a train in Germany yesterday and have two pressing issues:I cannot access my Cricket account because I have forgotten my username/password and have no phone for things to be texted to. At minimum I’d like to cancel the autopay feature. I have ordered a new cellphone but would like the same number as my old phone (I have no idea how to do this).I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you!
My number was ported out by scammers and fraudsters from my original provider “Hello Mobile” and opened a fraudulent account with Cricket. Now when i call Hello Mobile, they are telling me that Cricket does not want to release the number back and close my account, So i reach out to Cricket and i notified them that this account is fraud and scammed, they respond to me, to go to my original provider.I feel like a ball being thrown around from one court to another. Should Cricket know that they are having a scammed account that was created by scammers on my name with my number.
On Monday May 22nd my phone network went down at 1132am. I am the primary acct holder and have 3 other lines besides mine. All 4 lines lost network connection. I am a delivery driver and was using my maps when it happened. So I went to a McDs for the WiFi to see if maybe there was a down tower or something. As soon as I hooked up to WiFi I started getting all these notifications from my email that someone tried to access my Amazon, Google and Bank accounts. Then one from Venmo telling me my acct password was changed. Then 2 from affirm about the loan request I wanted. Then a couple from Paypal showing payments (this is how they accessed my bank acct). So I immediately run to my bank and they shut my card down but another charge had already come thru. So I'm out over $400 at this point. Next I go to my local cricket store, where over 3 days I spent 8 hours. The manager was as helpful as possible but she could only do so much. We determined what happened is that someone called in to do a
