Im about to file a class action lawsuit over Cricket if there isn’t one already. I’m suppose to have 3 lines, $30 each, then i receive EBB assistance, yet my account online shows that i have 1 line on the unlimited and more plan and the other 2 on the core plan. Which has my bill at $153. It was $108 after the EBB payment. I had to do bridge pay so i could have an extra week to get ahold of someone to fix it because im not paying for something that i did not sign up for. Well i tried contacting them and i either can’t get ahold of anyone, im disconnected, or im told there is an issue with the systems. I try changing it online and it says i already have that plan and features. Then i tried to get bridgepay extended and it said there was an error. My phone was shut off last night and ive been on the phone or online chat since 10 This morning. I was disconnected 3 times, on hold for over an hour before i got through to someone higher up and then was disconnected again. I finally got throu
Hey everyone!I had Cricket service for about a 3.5 years now and had a serious issue happen this week. On Monday, my phone stopped working and I learned that my phone number was fraudulently ported out to Verizon Wireless. Whoever stole my number used it to access by credit and bank accounts and have replacement credit cards shipped to some addresses across the country from me. I called Cricket right after it happened and received a case no. as to the fraudulent port and then locked all my financial accounts.I also called Verizon Wireless, where my number was ported to, on Tuesday and they very quickly launched an investigation, verified my identity, suspended the account, and returned the number to Cricket so they can reassign it to me. So, basically, I did about 75% of the work for them, getting my number retrieved from Verizon myself. This happened on Monday and it’s now Friday and no one from Cricket who is actually doing anything to resolve this issue has responded to me. I tried
UNAUTHORIZED PORT, 3 out of 4 of my phone lines. This was done on 08/21/23 with no resolution. I have called customer service twice a day for the past 19 days now with no resolution. Customer service representatives are clearly outsourced and are being used as a gatekeep from their "back office" team. Back office team has not reached out or provided ANY updates on the situation. I have also just received no ounce of hope or resolution/reassurance from their support team here on Facebook. FCC and FTC submissions have been made. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I cannot believe this has been happening on such a large scale. Does anyone have any advice if this has happened to you? I am at a complete loss, I desperately want to keep the same phone numbers, we have had them for over a decade.
Lack of Information about Blacklisting a lost device from CSR Cost me my time, money, and turned my device into a paper weight
So I had temporarily lost my phone and at the time thought it was stolen since it seemed to have disappeared into thin air. I end up calling cricket to let them know the phone is lost and possibly stolen they shut off the line for me and the customer service rep then suggested blacklisting my device. You would think that he would of mentioned that if I chose to blacklist my lost device that it would be impossible to remove and restore my service! You think they would warn you of the negative repercussions of blacklisting a device through cricket but the rep made it sound all peachy and even told me that there would be no freaking problem restoring service if my device was found. Fast forward to the next day and I get a call from my friend saying I forgot the phone at their house. I go and grab my phone call cricket pay remaining bill and the rep pretty much blew smoke up my ass telling me that my service was restored and my phone was taken off the blacklist. I would love to find an attorney to resolve this small issue for thousands of dollars maybe then you wouldnt go around taking from the ones who dont have it to give. i need my account reopened, i want my money and the account reopened someone needs to call me 2513746321 asap or im going to find someone that will legally help me resolve this issue
Need clarification on this and ASAP...I need access to call history and SMS texting as well for a phone active on my account. Am I understanding correctly that A COURT ORDERED SUBPOENA is required to obtain call records?? And that text messages aren't saved/cached at all?
Yes I have been Cricket customer for a few years and it has been a nightmare. It has taken over my life to many times. I have been being hacked through my audio. Porting my number and calling other people I don't know. They have taken over my fb account no matter how many times I change everything I can't escape them. They listen in on my video chats. That have made a duplicate of my account also. It was so good I really thought it was my account. Found out I lost my account and was visiting an empty account all to torment me. My whole feed was eat up with nothing but memory post of my friends n family. I can't even feel safe to talk on the phone. My personal business has during all of this has been aired through audio hacking and camera hacking to the public. I can't shake them. I got a new phone because I've spent a few years constantly turning Cricket about my issues. I complied with every direction I was give to no avail. And yes I was hung up on by quite a few of you. I have never had a problem with Cricket and I've been with them since 2009 however in our area for some reason it's been about 2 months to 3 months where no one in my family plan gets service! I just don't understand why CRICKET doesn't AUTOMATICALLY block spam text messages with NO Number Attached......... I am so tired of getting Spam messages that I can't block.Also, why does Cricket send block numbers to VOICEMAIL??? And why doesn't Cricket start AUTOMATICALLY block all spam numbers?
I brought my number over from another company. I was told I could add insurance to my plan. Well after everything was done I couldn't add anything. This company is nothing but a liar and will say anything to get your money. I spoke with two supervisors who didn't care about what I was going through cause they already took my money.
So I just got with cricket and to be honest. I’m trying to be happy but it’s hard. So I got 2 iphones on the 18th few days ago. I downloaded a game I been playing and all I get is buffering and lagging. Brought the phone in and the lady said I need to boost my data speed for another 20$! I’m unlimited already and I only used not even 4gigs. Everything else works fine. The game I play is clash of clans. I’m also with T-Mobile. Works great on T-Mobile. So I’m thinking I made the WRONG CHOICE. I don’t know. Just aggravating it buffers so much.. any help would be great but the lady tried all kind of stuff. I also been reading online that I’m not the only person having this issue!!
Wow I used to rave about cricket wireless but now they have really let me down. They manage to lose both mine and my husbands phone numbers and have no way of fixing their mistake. I’ve spent hours othe phone with these people and their attitude is that their hands are tied and offer no resolution or explanation of what happened. These are our business numbers so this is a huge inconvenience. Not one apology from anyone but instead they try to make it sound like it is our fault somehow. We make our auto payments every month and are loyal customers. Please do your job and help people!
who can you contact besides the 1 800 cricket. i cant get anywhere with them. i ordered a phone they sent it to the wrong address, i had to have ups intercept the package and send it back to them. they have had the phone since Dec. 5 and still have not gave me a refund. every time i call i get a difderent story and they apologize i was misinformed but really isnt there something i can do? i have called the corporate numbers i have found online, they dont work. has anyone been in this situation and what did they do?
I called customer service through wifi calling because randomly my service turned off says my card has no connection they set up a ticket for my phone but now I can't wifi call and it's telling me to contact cricket and I litteraly bought this phone two days ago with no issues. Help?
