I have never had a problem with Cricket and I've been with them since 2009 however in our area for some reason it's been about 2 months to 3 months where no one in my family plan gets service! Today I spoke with a rep and a supervisor who both told me that they could not help me that I just had to put up with having no service while they charge me!while looking through the terms and agreements they contradict themselves because they state that they know that they cannot check the phone service signal and Tower Service as they do not have access they're only taking a guess also in another paragraph under terms and conditions it states that due to their outstanding customer service they will try to compensate us while they fix the issue and that is clearly misleading and misrepresentation!Availability of Service and CoverageAvailability of Service and Coverage Services may be interrupted, delayed, or otherwise limited for a variety of reasons, including environmental conditions, unavaila
I just don't understand why CRICKET doesn't AUTOMATICALLY block spam text messages with NO Number Attached......... I am so tired of getting Spam messages that I can't block.Also, why does Cricket send block numbers to VOICEMAIL??? And why doesn't Cricket start AUTOMATICALLY block all spam numbers?
I brought my number over from another company. I was told I could add insurance to my plan. Well after everything was done I couldn't add anything. This company is nothing but a liar and will say anything to get your money. I spoke with two supervisors who didn't care about what I was going through cause they already took my money.
Exactly what I say!! I'm a 5 year customer and NOT once have I ever had a discount. I'm sorry but I want a new phone and looks like I will have to change my service in order to get the phone I want. CSR are rude and not helpful at all!! Come on cricket show some appreciation for your 5+ year's customers. If you are new to cricket wireless beware because you get ONE "free" phone and that's it. Nothing ever again and don't expect to be treated like a valued customer. LOL..
Got a txt msg from cricket last night about the EBB program. Filled out the forms and then got a confirmation txt from cricket. Then On top of that, no more than an hour later they terminated our service, (Even though we were paid up and the bill wasn't do until 6/17) They also changed our monthly plan and now says we owe them $95-- to reinstate our phones. Even though we are have paid and they shut us off a week early and won't credit or refund us the money for the week they are stealing from us. Been on the phone on and off for over 8 hours today with no results, no help and being disconnected after sitting on hold from anywhere from an 30 minutes to an hour supposedly being transferred to a supervisor.... This is getting ridiculous with the stunts they are pulling with the billing. Like a few months ago double billing our card for two $95 payments for the month. Told us that they don't do refunds, that it would be credited, but come time for the next months bill they made us pay a
I have held an account with cricket for about 5 years - with a 5 line family plan. I have paid on time every month and I have never had issues. This past May my family and I moved to the Florida Panhandle (we established our service in Tampa). Since moving, our reception is spotty or non-existent. After several calls to customer service and many visits to the local cricket store, no one can help me fix this BUT they are all quick to suggest I buy something else from them. I have purchased new SIM cards, had our phones reset, you name it - all in a week - with no results. This is very disappointing and as soon as we find another company, we are taking our business elsewhere.
Wow I used to rave about cricket wireless but now they have really let me down. They manage to lose both mine and my husbands phone numbers and have no way of fixing their mistake. I’ve spent hours othe phone with these people and their attitude is that their hands are tied and offer no resolution or explanation of what happened. These are our business numbers so this is a huge inconvenience. Not one apology from anyone but instead they try to make it sound like it is our fault somehow. We make our auto payments every month and are loyal customers. Please do your job and help people!
Hi all! A few hours ago I purchased the Cricket Icon 2 to replace a device that was incompatible with Mobile Hotspot. It’s worked well and hotspot works, but 30 minutes ago I suddenly got a message saying “This device is not eligible for activation on the Cricket network.” and then the line became suspended. This line is the main line in the account, and the second line on the account is still up and running.How is it possible that a phone I bought straight from a Cricket store would not work or is not eligible for use in the store? Also, how is it possible that it works for a bit then suddenly decides it is not eligible?Thanks anyone in advance!
who can you contact besides the 1 800 cricket. i cant get anywhere with them. i ordered a phone they sent it to the wrong address, i had to have ups intercept the package and send it back to them. they have had the phone since Dec. 5 and still have not gave me a refund. every time i call i get a difderent story and they apologize i was misinformed but really isnt there something i can do? i have called the corporate numbers i have found online, they dont work. has anyone been in this situation and what did they do?
I ordered a new phone 5 days ago under the understanding that I would receive it within 2 business days. I dropped the phone that I have and busted the screen up so badly that it cuts my fingers when I try and use it. I work at a local hospital and go in at 4am in the morning so the parking lot at that time is still dark and is secluded. I like to have my phone out and ready in case I need to call for help. Unfortunately my new phone has never arrived. It is now 5 days later and still no phone. The money was taken out of my bank account for the phone but the phone was never shipped. I got an e-mail saying it had been shipped and received a tracking number but when I track it on UPS the message says that they are awaiting the package and I will receive more tracking information once they do. I have spoken with customer service several times via online chat and phone. At first I was told that UPS must have lost the phone. I explained to the customer service rep. that UPS said they did no
My phone was abruptly turned off "no service" 10/28/19 around noon. On 10/26 Cricket auto took my payment thru my credit card. When I went to Cricket Office, they said my phone was canceled and transferred to T-Mobile. At the T-Mobile Office, they had no record. I went on line with Customer Service and I had my account number, PW, and security answer, but can't recall my PIN. I am a 76 yo senior and not especially tech savvy. Why can't they reset my pin and help me out?? My cell is my only phone. Pattycakes25
Last year, in August 2020, my phone number was ported from my phone and was used to gain access to our bank accounts, best buy , Credit card , Vision Insurance. Hacker opened new accounts in Homedepot , shopped online in Bestbuy. It was an absolute nightmare to get the new number, block the old one and regain control of my finances. Fast forward to yesterday afternoon, it happened again. This time my I realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. They were asking for my PIN number but that got changed by the hacker yesterday . So ME the OWNER doesnt have access to MY Account . I went to the cricket store this morning got a new sim , reset my PIN and security question and my number back. When i question the agent at the store , he said that the number got ported yesterday at the Cricket store . I called customer service through wifi calling because randomly my service turned off says my card has no connection they set up a ticket for my phone but now I can't wifi call and it's telling me to contact cricket and I litteraly bought this phone two days ago with no issues. Help?
