Hello can an employee please help with a return status? The phone was received back by cricket warehouse on Tuesday and I still haven’t received a confirmation email. What is weird is that instead of receiving a Return Received Confirmation Email, I received a CANCELation email….which makes completely no sense to me. Can someone please help me with my rma# and case? Thanks
Hi, I recently upgraded my iphone to a new one (iphone 11).The package was delivered with a new sim card as well as a new phone, so I put the new sim card in my new phone. Following the instruction, I tried to activate it online, but it consistently failed to find my order, showing an error message like “Oops! Looks like we're having a problem with our system. Please try again later.”My new phone looked to work well without activation, but I found that iMessage and FaceTime were not activated on my new phone and the text message was still sent to the old phone. Could you help me to solve this issue?

Hello,I just recently purchased the Moto G 7 Supra from Cricket and the phone came preloaded with the mycricket app but it just won't work.I updated it to the 2.7.2 latest version but it never opens or even lets me get to the log in screen.If I down grade to the previous version, I can get to the login screen but after inputting my name/phone number and password, it goes to another screen where it looks as though it shows a activity/progress bar, but then nothing happens and I can't log in.What's weird is that I can download the mycricket app to another one of my unlocked phones not using Cricket's service, and I can log in just fine, but a phone bought from Cricket and preloaded from Cricket doesn't work.I would uninstall it and reinstall it but there doesn't seem to be any way to do that.Anyone have any ideas as to what I could try?Thanks.

I’m trying to activate my new phone, but your website is not working. I enter in all my details and I get the same error message: “Oops! Looks like were having a problem with [our] system. Please try again later.” That’s the thing… Nobodies admitting the system is broken, and nothing is being fixed about it. I have two phones that both suck and paying for service I can’t even access! It’s been a few days now and I can not get passed this process. I took my phone to a store and the representative didn’t want to activate my new phone either!
My wife recently joined cricket. She also shortly thereafter was diagnosed with cancer. Needless to say our finances turned upside down but she qualified for a free service from Q Link. We found out her own unlocked phone was locked by Cricket. We are about broke with the medical costs and need her phone unlocked to transfer over. We have tried everything with customer service and no response. She is going thru Chemo now with a Bone Marrow transplant in a couple weeks. We really dont need anymore headaches now. Can someone help us get phone unlocked?
Last night I ordered an upgrade phone to replace my existing one -- a 6 year old LG.When I ordered, I mistakenly chose the wrong $49 Samsung upgrade phone. I tried to find a Cancel Order button on the website, but found none. I tried to call Customer Service, but it was after their office hours.This morning, I received a shipping confirmation from Cricket. I called Customer Service, who told me I could order the correct phone, and that when I receive the incorrect one, to return it un-opened and un-activated, and I'd be credited the associated costs.After talking to CS, I tried to order the correct Samsung online. The order page still showed $49 for an existing account/upgrade, but in the shopping cart, it appears as $189.I called CS a second time, and was told that even without receiving/opening/activating the incorrect phone, Cricket now views the wrong phone as the official one in my account, and I'm therefore ineligible for the discount upgrade on trhe correct one, and that this i
On 3/5/2023 we visited the cricket store at 5141 O St, in Lincoln, NE at about 350 pm. It was right before closing time, since it closed at 4pm on Sundays.We asked to buy an older model (cheaper) iphone to replace a broken (and very old, 6s i think) phone on our plan. The man working there provided us with a phone (iphone SE), and when we asked how much the phone would cost, he told us, but did not state that it was a "bundle" price, so we assumed it was the cost of the phone.Nonetheless, he gave us a screen protector and case. And so we asked if that was included as part of some sort of 'welcome package' for the phone? And he said yes. He did not give us a choice of what phone case we might want, and did not give us the box for the case. He never told us that it was a "bundle" or gave us any choices about having a "bundle" vs. just getting the phone.Overall, we were conscious that it was after closing time by the time we were done, and grateful for the employee being willing to help u
Last year, in August 2020, my phone number was ported from my phone and was used to gain access to our bank accounts, best buy , Credit card , Vision Insurance. Hacker opened new accounts in Homedepot , shopped online in Bestbuy. It was an absolute nightmare to get the new number, block the old one and regain control of my finances. Fast forward to yesterday afternoon, it happened again. This time my I realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. They were asking for my PIN number but that got changed by the hacker yesterday . So ME the OWNER doesnt have access to MY Account . I went to the cricket store this morning got a new sim , reset my PIN and security question and my number back. When i question the agent at the store , he said that the number got ported yesterday at the Cricket store . Honestly, the reason I joined cricket was because I needed a new phone and they offered a free one if I switched from my old provider. The service is choppy at best, the cost is pretty high, and I have had nothing but issues making payments. I have issues with autopay because every time I try to set it up “There is a problem with the server right now, try again later.” When I try to make a manual payment, it says my card info is incorrect which is false. I’ll enter it in around 8 times and it won’t go through. Chat support is a joke and only tells you to call 611 anyway so just avoid using that option. I called 611 about my payments issues and they basically said “sorry, we can’t help you. call your bank.” So that was another 30 minutes of hold time that I sat through for nothing. I will be looking at other options for phones. This is just absolutely ridiculous.
Since last week, I have been frequently receiving phone calls from unknown phone numbers, and the callers claim that they have a missed call from me and want to know why I called. I told them that I have never called them before, but someone sent me a screenshot of their phone showing a missed call from my number.However, I have never dialed these numbers. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? What is going on? What should I do?
I live in north central Florida, Archer, bronson, chiegland, williston areas... I cannot have a phone conversation at pretty much anytime without dropping or extremely poor quality, hearing every 3rd word. When I contact support I'm told they are having issues in area, but this is over a year now! I'm over it. Anyone seeing same issues? I'm using an A52 5g... (phone is fine)
I bought this phone second hand and did not know it was an American phone I live in Mexico and to be honest it was going to be a gift for my wife but having trouble unlocking it to any carrier I have not took it any were cause on this side of town they just try to get you for the little someone has . Is there any possible way for Cricket to unlock our phones to change service provider without having to wait until January because of nonexistent signal?
When Cricket Wireless changed the antennas in Puerto Rico from the service provider AT&T to the antennas of ClaroPR, the quality of the signal worsened for the 5 lines that are on the Cricket Plan. In addition, the solution from Cricket sent by text was to change the mobile network settings was to change to International Data Roaming and it worked for some time. Nevertheless, with the passing of Hurricane Fiona the signal was irrevocably horrendous. All 5 lines were not even able to send texts nor call, which prompted us to go out of our homes into more populated areas in order to have some signal. That was 1 month ago and still there is no signal even though in the map it shows that there is signal where I live. This has prompted us to change service providers but since 2 of the phones in the line were recently bought, those phone numbers cannot be unlocked to change service provide until 6 months have passed. I have talked with customer support but it is completely unfair to have
This is the second time that my service has got suspended because I got paid after my service was due and I've had to pay more than what they asked last time it was $20 I ended up paying $50 this time and it was $15 and I ended up paying $40 when do I get my money back
I have been having sexual harassment calls for months also people calling hanging up. I talked to the same employee 4 times in 3 months begging for a phone number change she promised I would get it straightened out with cricket and I would get texts with my new phone number. I have been with cricket from the 1st month you opened up. Do to your lack of responsibilities of throwing such a serious issue guess yall don't realize that some of us don't have $15 to change my number but that's just shows you have no care in the world for your customers but it can lead to the lock of honesty, caring, loyalty which you have from me why do I get treated differently cuz I m on the other side of the desk. How would cricket ever possibly know if whom is continueing with the scary nasty calls hadn't killed me due to your lack of good customer care. I don't have the $15 dollars I'm totally disabled. My other complaint is i have sent my sister in for a refer a friend 2 x s your careless staff couldn't
