Yes I have been Cricket customer for a few years and it has been a nightmare. It has taken over my life to many times. I have been being hacked through my audio. Porting my number and calling other people I don't know. They have taken over my fb account no matter how many times I change everything I can't escape them. They listen in on my video chats. That have made a duplicate of my account also. It was so good I really thought it was my account. Found out I lost my account and was visiting an empty account all to torment me. My whole feed was eat up with nothing but memory post of my friends n family. I can't even feel safe to talk on the phone. My personal business has during all of this has been aired through audio hacking and camera hacking to the public. I can't shake them. I got a new phone because I've spent a few years constantly turning Cricket about my issues. I complied with every direction I was give to no avail. And yes I was hung up on by quite a few of you. Been snapp
unable to upgrade
I am having difficulty upgrading my son’s phone. I am on the Account Summary page, but there is no option to select a number or upgrade. I am given an option to add a line. But nowhere in the website do I have an option to upgrade. I have gone into the store and they sent me to the website. I went on chat and they were unable to help me. I tried it on Android, IOS and Windows devices.Dio you see the option to upgrade presented to you on your account?
Is there any possible way for Cricket to unlock our phones to change service provider without having to wait until January because of nonexistent signal?
When Cricket Wireless changed the antennas in Puerto Rico from the service provider AT&T to the antennas of ClaroPR, the quality of the signal worsened for the 5 lines that are on the Cricket Plan. In addition, the solution from Cricket sent by text was to change the mobile network settings was to change to International Data Roaming and it worked for some time. Nevertheless, with the passing of Hurricane Fiona the signal was irrevocably horrendous. All 5 lines were not even able to send texts nor call, which prompted us to go out of our homes into more populated areas in order to have some signal. That was 1 month ago and still there is no signal even though in the map it shows that there is signal where I live. This has prompted us to change service providers but since 2 of the phones in the line were recently bought, those phone numbers cannot be unlocked to change service provide until 6 months have passed. I have talked with customer support but it is completely unfair to have

I purchased an iPhone 14 through cricket online on sept 28. I tried to activate on oct 7 and immediately  was unable to complete activation.  Apparently the iPhone 14 w/ an esim is beyond crickets capabilities I reached out to them via chat, they created a ticket and they tried to call me, my phone blocked it automatically. So I called back. I was informed that the activation issue with my phone was being handled by their “BACK END TEAM” and that I would have to wait for them to call me back and they would not take my call. I have not heard from them since and have called countless times just to be told time and time again by the reps that they can not help me and I have to wait for this top secret back end team to reach out to me. They refuse to unlock a phone they sold me that they can not fix. I need help contacting a real person at cricket that is actually concerned with customer service and resolution. I hate cricket and can not wait for this phone to be free of them. They will
My number is being used by porn Spammers
For the past 2 days, I have been bombarded with hostile people who are replying to spam texts that I haven't sent. All are from phone numbers associated with att.net email addresses. Calling the Cricket customer service number is not helpful. They keep telling me to download Hiya, but that is not a solution to someone else cloning my number. They said, "Well you can change your number." I have had this phone number 20 years and I refuse to give it up just because Cricket can't put an end to what is obviously a security flaw in THEIR system. They also told me that the newer phones they are selling are less likely to have this problem. This, in itself, tells me why they have no incentive to fix this problem. I really have no alternative but to leave them and go back to Verizon Wireless. I'm sick of 20 texts a day that are cursing at me for something Cricket won't help me with.Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there any solution? And DO NOT tell me to download Hiya or change my
Problem With Our System (Activation Issues)
I’m trying to activate my new phone, but your website is not working. I enter in all my details and I get the same error message: “Oops! Looks like were having a problem with [our] system. Please try again later.” That’s the thing… Nobodies admitting the system is broken, and nothing is being fixed about it. I have two phones that both suck and paying for service I can’t even access! It’s been a few days now and I can not get passed this process. I took my phone to a store and the representative didn’t want to activate my new phone either!
phone and account hacked. anybody else had this happen?
ok so i’m going to try to be as detailed as possible. Yesterday me and my son leave the house around 12-1pm and we’re both listening to music on our phones simultaneously, about 15-20 minutes go by and both our phones stop playing music and both say SOS only. I look at my business phone (4 lines with Cricket) and this one said no service. I assumed it was a cricket outage. about an hour later I stop at a store and they said there might be an outage we contacted tech support and they stated no outage, they said they were going to fix issue and to try again within an hour. an hour goes by nothing yet I get off work go to another store, at this store after a while and speaking with tech support we notice my sim had been (hacked) my numbers were assigned to Galaxy phones when all my lines have iPhone SE. we try to access my acct and pins don’t work security question is different. tech support recommended trying to change from my app so we connect my phone to store WIFI and I get notificati
My cricket account
On today May 18th I received a text from Cricket saying my account had been changed. I am the only one on this account I have 4 lines but I am the primary account holder no one is suppose to be able to access this account but me. I tried to check my account on line only to find out the password had been changed. I quickly get on the line and call customer service the first lady name Katie said no could have access my account unless they had my pass code but a cricket store had called and since they did not know the code permission was giving only once to access my account. I asked to speak with her superviser who hang up the phone when I asked her name. I call around to several Cricket stores and asked about policy all of them stated no one can access your account without your 4 dight code. I called Corp again I spoke to a lady by the name of Olga who basicly said that Cricket accounts can be access by anyone but she would not give me the store. I called the Cricket store that acc
Number Ported by hackers
My number was ported, my account was hacked; my pin code was changed, my security question was changed. I spent a lot of time on Cricket chat trying to resolve it and it was a waste of time. I was at a Cricket retail store for several hours today with an earnest employee who was trying to help resolve the problem. Cricket is almost complicit in perpetuating this. The employee of the store confirmed my identity and tried to engage phone help in an effort to resolve this but it was fruitless. There has to be a reasonable way for Cricket to resolve this matter. I've had my number for over twenty years, the consequences of its absence will now begin to accumulate. The employee of the store hung up on three different reps from Cricket as they all sounded like robots and were not helpful. Myriad difficulties are possible with digital hacking, but Cricket should be a partner not an adversary in legitimate attempts to resolve them.
Spam texts and phone calls
I am getting between 10-20 spam texts and about the same number of spam calls every single day, morning, noon and night. When I called customer service, they wanted me to download the HI-YA app. However it's $25 a year and I think it's b.s. To have to pay that. I have had the same number for the last 20 years. HOW IN THE HELL DO I MAKE IT STOP???? If I can't, and have to resort to changing my number, I'm just gonna go with another provider.
Locked by cricket
Hey there. You guys locked my phone for 6 months without being upfront about doing so. I just reviewed every cricket location within 200 miles and let EVERYONE know how sneaky you guys are. Planning on broadcasting it on Facebook, Twitter and instagram as well so nobody else gets screwed since you guys wouldn’t unlock my phone. You’re welcome.
Port Out Scam 2020
Last year, almost to the day, my husband's and my phone number were ported from our phones and was used to gain access to our bank accounts and loans, as well as our credit cards. It was an absolute nightmare to get the numbers back and regain control of our finances. Fast forward to yesterday afternoon, it happened again. This time my husband realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. They kept asking him if he was sure that I (his wife) didn't port the number or maybe it was someone else he knew. What the heck is that supposed to solve? No one at Cricket seems to know or care how to protect our accounts! Now whoever took my husband's number is getting a "replacement" credit card of ours and a balance transfer of $8,000 on another card! We haven't even hit 24 hours yet of this mess. Cricket is the worst at protecting its customers and even more so at helping them! How is it that easy for a stranger to pull a scam and steal a phone number
moxee hotspot device text message for mycricket account
I recently purchased a moxee hotspot device from walmart and went to set it up, I was told to add it to my existing account, I would be charged the $55 for the month of data and that I would NOT receive a credit for the 20 days I wouldnt have it on the current billing cycle I have, so I asked if I could set it up on its own account which the rep did. I want to be able to monitor the data usage so I can get a gauge of what I am using, figured doing a mycricket account would be the best bet, I would also like to be able to just log on and check the billing info ie. what card and all that as well When I go to set up the new account, it wants to send a text message to the number they gave me for the hot spot, which I did, however having tried 3 different times, I do not receive a text message in the settings where I can see on the hotspot device, I have even tried to text it from my own phone and still nothing, I have tried to power down and reboot, even as far as a factory reset and stil
Exactly what I say!! I'm a 5 year customer and NOT once have I ever had a discount. I'm sorry but I want a new phone and looks like I will have to change my service in order to get the phone I want. CSR are rude and not helpful at all!! Come on cricket show some appreciation for your 5+ year's customers. If you are new to cricket wireless beware because you get ONE "free" phone and that's it. Nothing ever again and don't expect to be treated like a valued customer. LOL..
Port Out success but Cricket Hasn't released my number
I have successfully ported one of our phones out of Cricket to Mint mobile and my phone is working with the new Mint Sim now. Unfortunately Cricket has failed to deactivate the number. The result is that people trying to call me from a Cricket account go into my old Cricket voice mail. Both my new Mint account with my number and the Cricket account with the same number are now active.I spent about an hour (after 40 minute wait) on the phone with Cricket yesterday to close my Cricket account for the ported number and was assured that it was done and the number would be released. Indeed when I checked the account on-line a little later my ported phone number and it account info had been removed from the account. Unfortunately, this morning the account is showing my phone (which has been successfully ported to Mint and is working with that service) as being active on Cricket and still being billed. I just got off the phone with Mint tech support who were good enough to resubmit the
Account Suspended after EBB Forms submitted
Got a txt msg from cricket last night about the EBB program. Filled out the forms and then got a confirmation txt from cricket. Then On top of that, no more than an hour later they terminated our service, (Even though we were paid up and the bill wasn't do until 6/17) They also changed our monthly plan and now says we owe them $95-- to reinstate our phones. Even though we are have paid and they shut us off a week early and won't credit or refund us the money for the week they are stealing from us. Been on the phone on and off for over 8 hours today with no results, no help and being disconnected after sitting on hold from anywhere from an 30 minutes to an hour supposedly being transferred to a supervisor.... This is getting ridiculous with the stunts they are pulling with the billing. Like a few months ago double billing our card for two $95 payments for the month. Told us that they don't do refunds, that it would be credited, but come time for the next months bill they made us pay a

Im about to file a class action lawsuit over Cricket if there isn’t one already. I’m suppose to have 3 lines, $30 each, then i receive EBB assistance, yet my account online shows that i have 1 line on the unlimited and more plan and the other 2 on the core plan. Which has my bill at $153. It was $108 after the EBB payment. I had to do bridge pay so i could have an extra week to get ahold of someone to fix it because im not paying for something that i did not sign up for. Well i tried contacting them and i either can’t get ahold of anyone, im disconnected, or im told there is an issue with the systems. I try changing it online and it says i already have that plan and features. Then i tried to get bridgepay extended and it said there was an error. My phone was shut off last night and ive been on the phone or online chat since 10 This morning. I was disconnected 3 times, on hold for over an hour before i got through to someone higher up and then was disconnected again. I finally got throu
