I have the 60$/m plan and I usually buy additional hotspot as needed. I’ve spent at least 600$ on this company’s hotspot services since I’ve been a member. I came across an issue where I was missing account credit and reached out to Cricket because I paid 60$ out of my pocket to pay my bill so my credit wouldn’t be used up. After the new billing cycle, the account credit is gone and so I ended up paying 120$ for one month of service. I confronted Cricket about this and they said “The account credit was added because you bought our hotspot packages” and I said “so why isn’t it there anymore?” I got 2 different responses when I asked 2 different “specialists” this question. One said “because it was used to pay your bill, i’ll open a support ticket” and the other said “It was used on your hotspot packages.” Please stay away from cricket. They’re a third rate company with fourth rate staff. Just go straight to at&t if you want at&t speed. Cricket has stolen money from me, refused t
So purchased phone online, UPS delivered to the wrong address. Cricket informed me they couldn't do anything. So i filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. UPS found my phone and delivered it 5 days later this was in March. June 18 Cricut cut my service and reported my phone stolen, after talking to my bank the situation was rectified and the money was credited back to Cricket. But as of today as I type this my service is still suspended because my phone was placed on a national block list and I have yet to be able to use my phone.
Hi there!Almost a year ago i get a LG Stylo 5, and i get paid about 6 months of the service, this was a gift of my brother, now we would change the company service cause actually i live in mexico, so i need to unlock this device to use in Mexico city, we already pay the first 6 month, but in my cricket app i cant unlock the device by my own
I had two of my four phone numbers ported out with out my permission. We did everything right. I reported to my local Cricket branch instantly. The staff was very helpful. This could have been stop right away but the Cricket corporates would to help. Now I have been with out a phone for 20 days. I make my living off of my phone number and my wife works in the medical field. I'm loosing sales everyday because my customers can contact me. My wife has to have a phone number to be in compliance with the new Covid protocols. I’m not willing to get a new number. Cricket tells me everyday that back office is working with my case, but I never get a call back. The people who answer the phone read the same company line every time. Nothing is moving forward.
Got a txt msg from cricket last night about the EBB program. Filled out the forms and then got a confirmation txt from cricket. Then On top of that, no more than an hour later they terminated our service, (Even though we were paid up and the bill wasn't do until 6/17) They also changed our monthly plan and now says we owe them $95-- to reinstate our phones. Even though we are have paid and they shut us off a week early and won't credit or refund us the money for the week they are stealing from us. Been on the phone on and off for over 8 hours today with no results, no help and being disconnected after sitting on hold from anywhere from an 30 minutes to an hour supposedly being transferred to a supervisor.... This is getting ridiculous with the stunts they are pulling with the billing. Like a few months ago double billing our card for two $95 payments for the month. Told us that they don't do refunds, that it would be credited, but come time for the next months bill they made us pay a
I brought My Dad in to Cricket, he told them that I referred him and I also Went to the site and filled out info stating I referred Him. Mentioned this to them SEVERAL TIMES over the past couple of years, NADA!!! have since referred a couple of friends, nada, nothing. My Dad has referred friends, nothing. No credits. This is a joke or????
My bill was paid two days before it was due. Service is suspended only on my phone but my other four lines still work. It shows there’s no payment due. I have a confirmation for my payment. Why is my line suspended and how do I fix this because they’re not open until morning.
tried to switch my lifeline EBB account to cricket today, actually I started this process yesterday. Let me just skip the whole 5 hours of disconnects, phone shuffling me to one rep to another. Was discounted for the last time today because when I hit redial, they were closed. Now I tried logging into my lifeline account and it's no longer an active account. Oh and no EBB either. They charged me 55.00$ today and the only thing they did was create another cricket account which apparently I'm praying full price for. I need this taken seriously.A total of 9 phone calls from yesterday and today. someone in corporate should probably listen to those calls.So I'm out 55.00$ on a emergency assistance program, and have no access to my assurance FREE lifeline program. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone to even acknowledge the problem.where should I take this very valid complaint?
I started wondering why my service went to crap and come to find out AT&t is in control of you so therefore I will be suspending my services as soon as my bill date is due and switching to boost Mobile to get away from AT&t AT&t is a worthless company they have no business handling my phone they have no business handling anything cuz they can't even handle what they have my brand new phone doesn't work worth anything your company cannot fix it because your service is crap you guys need to go ahead and go bankrupt
I sat and waiting for an agent to talk to me for about 10-15 minutes when your agent April K joined me. She said she was going to look at my account to fully review my request. I hadn’t told her anything about my problem so I asked her how does she know what I requested if I haven’t told her yet. She responded with I need your phone number. I gave her my phone number, and then told her what my problem was. I waited like 10 minutes with no response when I got sent to wait for another agent. She didn’t say anything to me, just left. Then I got to wait for another agent for about 30 minutes after that. Needless to say, I’m already pretty upset with what’s going on. I got my phone on MONDAY, and for some reason it’s now Thursday and no one can figure out how to activate my phone, yet I’ve already paid for it. SO that’s fun.
hello my name is Betty. I have had your services for some time. On May 26, 2021 I was unable to use my phone due to my phone being reported lost or stolen on May 24, 2021. I have NEVER reported my phone lost or stolen. I had been able to use my phone up until after 12pm 5/26. I spoke with "Melannie" and asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated that she had to see if her supervisor "WANTED TO SPEAK WITH ME." I went into one of your locations on Buckingham/Jupiter Rd in Richardson, TX explained the situation to your agents who tried very hard to assist me and they both called the call center for assistance and witnessed the disrespect and displacement pertaining to this situation. I spoke with "Anderson" who gave me a case number C-E4602I, and when I asked for a Supervisor he hung up the phone. The agent from Cricket at the Buckingham/Richardson location called back and we spoke with Josh @ 545. Who of course, hung the phone up..but he tried to act as if the call just dropped. I called
I just got this message from okeymonitoring. It noticed a change in sms routing. I'm also experiencing issues receiving texts. Cricket support is closed. Any idea what I can do?OkeyMonitoring was something I signed up for a while back and just forgot about it. It informs you when someone is possibly trying to intercept your texts. What worries me now is that I'm only receiving texts intermittently. I'm really hoping this is some sort of glitch and someone isn't trying to access my accounts using 2FA. I don't want to login to change this if my texts are really being intercepted. I'm asking my family to send texts and I'm only getting maybe 1/4 of them?
I have an older family plan that isn’t offered anymore. The person on line 5 is moving to her own plan. I would like to move another family member on to my plan (and bring his number over from his current carrier). Can I do this without changing how much we pay each month?
