So I just got with cricket and to be honest. I’m trying to be happy but it’s hard. So I got 2 iphones on the 18th few days ago. I downloaded a game I been playing and all I get is buffering and lagging. Brought the phone in and the lady said I need to boost my data speed for another 20$! I’m unlimited already and I only used not even 4gigs. Everything else works fine. The game I play is clash of clans. I’m also with T-Mobile. Works great on T-Mobile. So I’m thinking I made the WRONG CHOICE. I don’t know. Just aggravating it buffers so much.. any help would be great but the lady tried all kind of stuff. I also been reading online that I’m not the only person having this issue!!
Trouble Porting to New Carrier, Need Cricket SPID number
Have been trying to port my number to a new carrier for about a week now. Cricket says the port is ready to go, US Mobile says there is multiple port requests out on the number and there isn’t, they’re also saying there is invalid account info to complete the port, but the account and PIN are all correct. A possible solution has been brought to my attention that USM might have input an incorrect Service Profile ID number. Cricket support chat is telling me my account # and pin are my SPiD, but it should only be a 4 digit number, cricket/att specific. I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone trying to get this number ported over, I just want to be done with this
Account Suspended after EBB Forms submitted
Got a txt msg from cricket last night about the EBB program. Filled out the forms and then got a confirmation txt from cricket. Then On top of that, no more than an hour later they terminated our service, (Even though we were paid up and the bill wasn't do until 6/17) They also changed our monthly plan and now says we owe them $95-- to reinstate our phones. Even though we are have paid and they shut us off a week early and won't credit or refund us the money for the week they are stealing from us. Been on the phone on and off for over 8 hours today with no results, no help and being disconnected after sitting on hold from anywhere from an 30 minutes to an hour supposedly being transferred to a supervisor.... This is getting ridiculous with the stunts they are pulling with the billing. Like a few months ago double billing our card for two $95 payments for the month. Told us that they don't do refunds, that it would be credited, but come time for the next months bill they made us pay a
Message that "Your SIM sent a text" ????
I was browsing FB, and suddenly my phone switched to a black screen with the message "Your SIM send a text message."What is going on?? I tried to access text history to see what was sent and to who, but apparently Cricket doesn't offer text log access.Any help appreciated. I don't like my phone going rogue :smileymad:
Planning to visit the UK
I will be traveling overseas to London later this month and will have my Galaxy S8 with me. What, if anything, will still work while I am in the UK? Specifically, will I be able to make phone calls, send/receive text messages via roaming cell network? What about via wireless internet? Will I at least still be able to access the internet, or does my phone essentially become a brick outside the US, Canada, and Mexico?

I had Cricket last summer and went to TextNow I am wanting to Port my number into Cricket and join a current customer/brother as a second line.Am I able to do this and qualify https://snaptube.cam/ 9apps for the Moto Supra phone? I'm just trying to cut off wasted time if there is some trickery somewhere that would affect my getting aboard again.Thanks and it is just now becoming apparent that Corona will forever change the world and all that survive. Customer service: is there a human being I can talk to?
On Tuesday evening, March 12, I ordered a phone upgrade for my wife's phone. After concluding the payment and getting the receipt, Cricket confirmed that the phone would be shipped the next day and would arrive on March 14. My credit card provider notified me that my charge had been posted. On Wednesday I never received a tracking number but waited patiently. On the day of promised delivery, I still had no tracking information, so I went to the Cricket site to the "Track my order" page, where it said my order was still being processed. I waited. The next moring I got an email saying my order had been "delayed", yet the tracking page had not changed, that my order was still being processed. I then began the horrific process of trying to contact someone who could look up my order and give me some explanation of why there was a delay. Instead, I was blocked by a "chat" service that did not understand a single question I asked and only offere
Blacklist policy is ridiculous
I am very disappointed in the response I was given by Cricket Wireless. I have been victim to a scam I argue Cricket Wireless is partly responsible in. I was sold an iPhone XS on Facebook in Canada only to later realize that it was blacklisted by a US carrier named Cricket Wireless. A police investigation could not identify the seller who sold me the iPhone. The scammer succeeded in fooling me out of 750 CAD. Police have decided to return the phone to me. There is no dispute around the fact that I purchased the phone legally and in good faith. On top of that, the phone was not reported stolen or lost as you would think. Cricket Wireless blacklisted the phone for “First Party Never Pay” which is saying that a client ran off with the phone after signing a service contract to presumably start the scam I ended up being victim to. And what makes this scam very effective and low risk to the common criminal is that it is an industry standard to blacklist phones rather than take legal action i

My phone was reported lost/stolen
My phone was reported lost or stolen. It must've been an error because I have the phone with me. I talked to an online rep twice yesterday and both times they sent me to my store where I bought the phone. I was told that they would have to reactivate the phone to take it off the lost/stolen list. Both times I went to my store they said it was fine and that since it was active now (the online rep said they could reactivate it, but it would turn off again shortly) they told me that the phone was fine and that they were a franchise store and that they didn't do that. I have been with Cricket for a few years, but over the last month it has been nothing but trouble with that store. When I went to get an upgrade, the employee told me that since its over 6 months, I should get a free or very reduced upgrade to the phone I picked. When we got to the counter he told me that he was "Incorrect" and that "I'm new so I forget these things", after which the other employee called him "boss" and told
iphone xr error no sim card installed
My iPhone XR all of a sudden I had no network connection so I can not receive messages or calls as well as make calls or send messages because it says sim not installed so I did every troubleshooting to my device then went to a cricket Wireless retail store and purchased a new SIM card for my device and installed the new sim and I still have no service and I’m still getting the no SIM card installed error please help me !! I’m so frustrated it’s been a week already that I’ve had this issue with no service my phone is useless! Also Does anyone know if I can possibly do the E-sim card instead ?
The worst customer service!!
Cricket is the worst - I bought a new phone last week - only because the one I had purchased 6 months earlier stopped working due to Cricket changes. This was a phone that was approved by Cricket as a good phone 6 months earlier by checking the IMEI number on their web site!!The phone purchases last week went relatively wellTrying to buy/upgrade another phone and Cricket just keeps telling me there are credit card issues. They keep telling me it is not their issue and I should call the bank. I called the bank three times - they said there were no issues - I even contacted the fraud department and they verified that a transaction came thru and it was approved and they gave me the approval code.Trying to work thru the issue with Cricket and they won’t do anything. They just end the chat when they feel like they have told me enough times that it is the bank problem. Tried to call a couple of local Cricket stores - the said they don’t have the phone I want - I should call other stores.
Sim Not Working!!
I took my Sim card out of my LG Xpression while it was turned on, then put it right back, and now i have an icon at top screen of sin card with lone drawn through. Like its not recognizing my sim for some reason. I turned phone off, took sim out, cleaned it, reinstalled. Powered phone back on and still did nothing. HELP PLEASE!?!?!?!

I had the worst customer service ever. I was sent in circles and my problem was not resolved. I paid approximately $800 outright no payments for a brand new phone it was still in great shape but it got wet called insurance had to pay a $150 deductible got the new phone and the battery won't hold charge. I call the insurance company back tell the whats going on was then told its a remanufactured phone, I said now wait a minute you are telling me that my phone that was practically brand new was replaced with a used phone after I not only bought it outright but have carried insurance on that you charged me $150 deductible for and you are going to send me a used phone. OH HECK NO!! Well now my used phone won't hold charge insurance tells me it's not on them that it is now a warranty issue and I need to call you all so I did, had a long wait and was told to leave a call back number, won't loose my place in line and warranty will call me back.
