Close my account with cricket from the UK

Hello!So I bought a cricket phone while I was in the US (because they wouldn’t let me just get a SIM) to use while I was there. Unfortunately on returning to the UK, I thought I would be able to easily log in online and close my account. Not so.SMS seems to be the only way to confirm an account and manage a phone number but of course I can’t recieve SMS outside the USA.I tried turning on WIFI calling to see if that would help, but of course when I toggled it on, I just recieved an error message saying I didn’t have permission to access WiFi calling on “this server”I just want to close the account so I don’t get charged for another month in 3 days.Any advice on how to work around this would be welcomed.

Where is my "Free Phone"

I ported my number into Cricket via phone call. The agent said he set up the free phone for me. Something went wrong and they now say I needed to do it online. Why would such a big company cheat a customer out of a free phone? They know it is a new number so why can’t they just fix it?

Not receiving a credit

I was going on vacation in Europe in July 2022. I went online and added the $15 international feature to my phone plan so I could stay in contact with family I was traveling with.. When I got to Europe my phone did not work at all. I tried to contact Cricket using my laptop to access my account but was not able to access Cricket when out of the country. When I returned from Europe I contacted Cricket requesting a credit of $15 which I had paid. After being on the phone for about 45 minutes talking to someone that didnt have a clue what I was saying I was informed that there was not going to be a credit issued because that service is only to call international from USA and if I wanted to call from out of the USA I should have bought a SIM card...which I would have done because I really needed to be able to use my phone. This info was not in the info on the website. I also stopped into a Cricket store in New Hampshire to confirm that I only needed to add the $15 feature to my account. Af

Recently I’ve discovered I have two imei numbers and an esim that I didn’t.put on my phone I need to know why and what it is. Also system services show a mdm is active but I can’t get into it

I would love to find an attorney to resolve this small issue for thousands of dollars maybe then you wouldnt go around taking from the ones who dont have it to give. i need my account reopened, i want my money and the account reopened someone needs to call me 2513746321 asap or im going to find someone that will legally help me resolve this issue

Automated Emails About Changes to Your Account?

I chatted with a Cricket tech this morning regarding automated emails about changes to my account.  On Cricket’s  website, under Account Settings>Manage Emails… It states:To unsubscribe from promotional emails, select Save. Note: You will still receive automated emails about changes to your account. As I told the tech, I do not receive automated emails when account changes are made.  I upgraded my data plan this morning.  If I access the Cricket website or Cricket app, I can see the change took effect.  However, I did not receive an email notifying me of the change.  As the website states, I should still receive automated emails about changes to my account.  I do not. This needs to be addressed for, if nothing else, security concerns.  As I told the tech, if my account were compromised, and changes were made without my authorization, I need to receive emails so that these issues could be immediately addressed.  I only have a data plan and Hot Spot device through Cricket.  The hot sp

Just received phone not activated yet. It asks you to sign in to your account I forgot my password the only way to reset your password is a text sent to the phone that ls not activated. Help

Online order issue

Hi Cricket, It has come to point where i have been calling and chatting with customer care.There seems to be a issue in ur website which cancels the orders ppl are tired of ordering online please fix it .I have ordered a dozen times till now and there is no success. Everyone seems to be passing the buck and online/chat were not able to help in my request.Find my latest order number : 131550843Let me know if u can process the order.I have checked all my details are perfect to a point. i have used my cards and friends cards and address there is exactly same.i want to conclude by saying u dont want to have new customers it seems. Let me knof if anything can be done. P.S. EBB ? getting service cut off amd there lack of social skills with there phone reps.

So here I sit on a hotspot writing this.. I have The EBB and it's active it even shows that I'm enrolled in it on my account but yet I'm told I have to pay 65$.  Bc there's. 5$ activation fee.  Like am idiot I payed for bridge pay on day 1 that I lost my service bc I figured they would have figured it out by now. But I've been on the phone with with there phone reps about a dozen times and I went to the store had them call and there even asshats to there own team members so F them and I hope there kittin dies in there arms while watching yet another video of long dong Johnson and his Texas tunnel and I also hope the crack dealer is out of dope when they need there fix.   Only ppl I know that rip others off are druggies.  So I hope the drip the soap when that day comes.  And ya I feel ripped off bc I held up my end the BBE program held up there end but this lame asshat company witch is owned by AT&T dropped the ball every time.    It's always when I can't afford to throw extra money

Cricket Reported my phone lost or stolen

I bought a brand new phone from cricket online store. From the first minute trying activate it they screwed it up, gave me two accounts, double charged me, etc. Thought they finally figured it out and was happy for 3-4 months with my BRAND NEW, PURCHASED FROM CRICKET phone. Then they say it has been reported lost or stolen. I'm the only one who has touched this phone since I got it from cricket. I've called support multiple times, their only solution is to go to the store, but I bought it online. I spoke with the warranty dept. and they said its not even reported stolen on their end. Cricket is blocking my service for absolutely no reason and i'm still paying the bill. Absolutely ridiculous. They are advising me to buy a new phone. If anyone buys me a  new phone its gonna be f**king CRICKET!

help

Hi in December I upgraded my phone to icon2 what a big mistake that was. About a month or two I had to send my phone back because I was having many problems with it. Now my problem has turned in to a  disaster to the point I can't even open and play a game.Please help when I try to open an app it closes right away. When I try to open my cricket app it also closes. A box keeps popping up saying cricket is trying to stop and close app. This started happening when my phone installed new software update. I can't even play a game. It's obvious this phone ICON2 ISNT working and no matter what in settings a cricket representative tells me to do it isn't working. I have had many problems with cricket and I say to the Representatives that I'm going to change providers. Cricket doesn't try to keep there customers they say right away ok want us to cut your service off now? MyCricket App doesn't let me login

Hello, been trying to login to the cricket app with no luck at all over Wi-Fi after being able to login at 8am this morning. I saw some topics on here where cricket support replied saying its nothing wrong with the app. Cleary there is something in the app that is set to block non-cricket IPs. I’ve seen dozens of messages to @CricketSupport on twitter and on the comments on facebook about the issue.Please Cricket tell me what i must do to fix this issue.

stupid service

I started wondering why my service went to crap and come to find out AT&t is in control of you so therefore I will be suspending my services as soon as my bill date is due and switching to boost Mobile to get away from AT&t AT&t is a worthless company they have no business handling my phone they have no business handling anything cuz they can't even handle what they have my brand new phone doesn't work worth anything your company cannot fix it because your service is crap you guys need to go ahead and go bankrupt

Port Out success but Cricket Hasn't released my number

I have successfully ported one of our phones out of Cricket to Mint mobile and my phone is working with the new Mint Sim now.  Unfortunately Cricket has failed to deactivate the number.  The result is that people trying to call me from a Cricket account go into my old Cricket voice mail.  Both my new Mint account with my number and the Cricket account with the same number are now active.I spent about an hour (after 40 minute wait) on the phone with Cricket yesterday to close my Cricket account for the ported number and was assured that it was done and the number would be released.  Indeed when I checked the account on-line a little later my ported phone number and it account info had been removed from the account.  Unfortunately, this morning the account is showing my phone (which has been successfully ported to Mint and is working with that service) as being active on Cricket and still being billed.  I just got off the phone with Mint tech support who were good enough to resubmit the
