Hello, been trying to login to the cricket app with no luck at all over Wi-Fi after being able to login at 8am this morning. I saw some topics on here where cricket support replied saying its nothing wrong with the app. Cleary there is something in the app that is set to block non-cricket IPs. I’ve seen dozens of messages to @CricketSupport on twitter and on the comments on facebook about the issue. Please Cricket tell me what i must do to fix this issue.
Hi in December I upgraded my phone to icon2 what a big mistake that was. About a month or two I had to send my phone back because I was having many problems with it. Now my problem has turned in to a disaster to the point I can't even open and play a game. Please help when I try to open an app it closes right away. When I try to open my cricket app it also closes. A box keeps popping up saying cricket is trying to stop and close app. This started happening when my phone installed new software update. I can't even play a game. It's obvious this phone ICON2 ISNT working and no matter what in settings a cricket representative tells me to do it isn't working. I have had many problems with cricket and I say to the Representatives that I'm going to change providers. Cricket doesn't try to keep there customers they say right away ok want us to cut your service off now? I can't do anything on my phone if you can help great, This time I really think I'm going to have to go with did different co
I just transferred to Cricket and when I go to create an account it will not allow me to finish the process. I can enter my phone number, create a username, and receive a temporary password via SMS. But once I get to creating the actual password it says it is invalid/doesn’t meet requirements, even though it does and all of the check marks show on the requirements. I’ve contacted customer service and they told me to try again in 24 hours, which I have now done and it is still giving me the same issue. I have tried on a desktop and mobile device as well as various passwords, but nothing seems to work.
I have successfully ported one of our phones out of Cricket to Mint mobile and my phone is working with the new Mint Sim now. Unfortunately Cricket has failed to deactivate the number. The result is that people trying to call me from a Cricket account go into my old Cricket voice mail. Both my new Mint account with my number and the Cricket account with the same number are now active.I spent about an hour (after 40 minute wait) on the phone with Cricket yesterday to close my Cricket account for the ported number and was assured that it was done and the number would be released. Indeed when I checked the account on-line a little later my ported phone number and it account info had been removed from the account. Unfortunately, this morning the account is showing my phone (which has been successfully ported to Mint and is working with that service) as being active on Cricket and still being billed. I just got off the phone with Mint tech support who were good enough to resubmit the
Someone Mistakenly Tried to Port My Number Into Cricket, How Can I Get Them to Cancel The Pending Port Request?
I am a Ting Mobile customer on the Sprint Network. According to Sprint customer support, someone on May 2nd tried to port my number into Cricket Wireless. I did not authorize this, and I was completely unaware of this. I suspect that a person tried to port some other number into Cricket Wireless, but made a typo while entering the phone number. Now, I am unable to change from a Sprint SIM card to a T-Mobile SIM card, because there is a “pending port already in progress.” According to Ting customer support, they are unable to cancel the port request. They say that it must be cancelled by Cricket. However, when I call into Cricket, they tell me that I am unable to cancel the port request because I cannot provide the authorization of the account that requested it. I don’t have an account with Cricket, and I have no idea who tried to port my number into Cricket, so I can’t give any authorization info. But, I’m the one who owns the number, and I am able to call in to customer support using
Recently our towers were down, Cricket told us to call when they were up for a credit. I called this morning to ask. They told me the tower wasn’t ready yet, so I asked the lady on the phone should I just make my payment and wait for credit later and she said yes. I told her I have automatic payment set up should I just let it process or go ahead and make it. She said go ahead and make it, I asked her if it would still automatically come out and she said NO. So I made the payment. A few mins later the automatic payment came out as well. I called Cricket because both payments are still pending and I was at my bank when I called. The bank said all Cricket has to do is drop one of the payments and it won’t process. Cricket told me they can’t and won’t refund the payment that it will just be a credit on my next months bill. I explained to them that it was their fault because of the information I was given by their agent, and that I lived from paycheck to paycheck and have other b
I woke up last week somebody had ported out both my number and my daughter's. I had 5 lines with Cricket and I can them right away and open a case with their team after being on the phone for over an hour and a half. Now all week I have got nothing but the run around that it will be solved in 24 hours. I am extremely frustrated considering I have been a Cricket customer for over 3 years just wake up my number is stolen and basically I get little to no help if getting it back.
We have SMS messaging setup in Active directory and it works fine when sending to one individual. When we use a distibution group it does not go through to anyone with cricket. we get an auto reply from cricket saying “email failed to send” is there somethign on crickets side that is blocking distribution groups?
Ok I've been a long time customer of cricket and because of the change to 5g, my Samsung galaxy note 9 only works if I switch the network to 3g only. Besides that I let a friend borrow my phone not knowing they were gonna check a sims card they received in the mail. Switching sins cards for a little while cut off my service to cricket. I finally figured out all that had happened and ordered a new sims card. Then cricket tells me I have to get ahold of t mobile to release my number back to cricket. I haven't had t mobile since 1999. I finally figured out where my number was transferred to and got all the information needed to switch my number back to cricket and I continue to receive emails asking for more information. What more do you need? I gave you the account number and who it is transferring from. Turn my phone back on. I haven't had this much problems since t mobile. Thats why I don't have them anymore!!!
I recently purchased a moxee hotspot device from walmart and went to set it up, I was told to add it to my existing account, I would be charged the $55 for the month of data and that I would NOT receive a credit for the 20 days I wouldnt have it on the current billing cycle I have, so I asked if I could set it up on its own account which the rep did. I want to be able to monitor the data usage so I can get a gauge of what I am using, figured doing a mycricket account would be the best bet, I would also like to be able to just log on and check the billing info ie. what card and all that as well When I go to set up the new account, it wants to send a text message to the number they gave me for the hot spot, which I did, however having tried 3 different times, I do not receive a text message in the settings where I can see on the hotspot device, I have even tried to text it from my own phone and still nothing, I have tried to power down and reboot, even as far as a factory reset and stil
I’m trying to activate a brand new Samsung A32 5G that I bought from Target back in January. I’ve bee trying to activate this thing for over a week and they keep telling me the IMEI number is on the blocked list. The customer service reps I’ve chatted with have been useless, and I’ve tried to call twice but gave up after 30 minutes of waiting. I contacted Target they said they sold me a brand new phone and to contact Samsung. I have 3 other lines at Cricket and have had zero issues with them until now.Has anyone else had a similar issue? It seems like I’m being forced to eat the cost of a $200 phone that can’t be activated.
Hi there, I filed a dispute with all the evidence last November and mailed it to [Office of Dispute Resolution, Cricket Wireless LLC, 1025 Lenox Park Blvd., 5th Floor Atlanta, GA 30319] in November 2021 following the instructions on your website.https://www.cricketwireless.com/legal-info/notice-of-dispute.htmlAccording to your website, “A Cricket representative will respond within 30 days of receiving this form.”I have not heard back in about 5 months. I tried to contact customer service via chat and phone. But they said that it is directly handled by head-office and there is nothing they can do. Please advise what I should do.Should I begin arbitration by submitting a Demand for Arbitration to the American Arbitration Association? Thanks a lot.
Yes I have been Cricket customer for a few years and it has been a nightmare. It has taken over my life to many times. I have been being hacked through my audio. Porting my number and calling other people I don't know. They have taken over my fb account no matter how many times I change everything I can't escape them. They listen in on my video chats. That have made a duplicate of my account also. It was so good I really thought it was my account. Found out I lost my account and was visiting an empty account all to torment me. My whole feed was eat up with nothing but memory post of my friends n family. I can't even feel safe to talk on the phone. My personal business has during all of this has been aired through audio hacking and camera hacking to the public. I can't shake them. I got a new phone because I've spent a few years constantly turning Cricket about my issues. I complied with every direction I was give to no avail. And yes I was hung up on by quite a few of you. Been snapp
my phone number was ported from my phone and was used to gain access to our bank accounts, I realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. When i question the agent at the store , he said that the number got ported yesterday at the Cricket store .When i question the same to Cricket customer care over the call, They say that the number was ported in the store yesterday but they have no no way of tracking what store it happened and which agent authorized it . This is UTTER BULL . Im guessing its Inside Job and some one working at the cricket store did it . Customer care Kept asking me if I am sure that I ( or my mother or wife on the same plan) didn't port the number or maybe it was someone else we knew. What the heck is that supposed to solve? No one at Cricket seems to know or care how to protect our accounts! Again, I have read multiple reports of this happening to other cricket customers.I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and
