On Tuesday evening, March 12, I ordered a phone upgrade for my wife's phone. After concluding the payment and getting the receipt, Cricket confirmed that the phone would be shipped the next day and would arrive on March 14. My credit card provider notified me that my charge had been posted. On Wednesday I never received a tracking number but waited patiently. On the day of promised delivery, I still had no tracking information, so I went to the Cricket site to the "Track my order" page, where it said my order was still being processed. I waited. The next moring I got an email saying my order had been "delayed", yet the tracking page had not changed, that my order was still being processed. I then began the horrific process of trying to contact someone who could look up my order and give me some explanation of why there was a delay. Instead, I was blocked by a "chat" service that did not understand a single question I asked and only offere
How could a Cricket executive decide to send an advertisement on Easter Sunday morning?!? That is the most sacred of the Christian holidays. The text arrived on my Cricket phone at 7:16 in the morning. Bad enough an advertisement is sent early on any Sunday morning, but how culturally insensitive do you have to be to send a commercial message on Easter?
Hello I am set to leave this coming Friday to Europe, I really don't want to buy a new phone over there would rather use my iPhone by purchasing a sim card, problem is i have only had my service with cricketwireless for 3 months and I know you have to have it for 6 months before they unlock it, is there a away around this limitation??Thank youLuis
for some reason our online account was removed by cricket. customer service had me set up a new one but out of 5 line son the plan not a single one is receiving the temporary password text. Tech support continues to close the cases we open if we do not answer their attempt after 1 try and we have no way of calling them back. Anyone know of a way to get the temp password sent via email or to some other phone number?
Yes I know the requirements. An I have an unlimited plan for both. I have screenshots of the requirements with the parts the apply to my contract highlighted. But I turns out cricket wireless don't have an email address I can an find to submit to avoid arguing with customer support. Also the the 3.1 plus...... should go back to a beta version it's nice phone lots of glitches an bugs tho constantly having to restart stop at force stop apps and restart them. An my assistant only works if she wants to. She responds vocally 1in10 times the other 9 time I have to look to she if she listening. An I should be comped for haveing to back the the store a day later to get my hot spot activate. umm yeah I told the girl I would be needed the hot spot so y didn't she add it.... Cuz she was to busy talking to other employees than listening to customers. We are new customers that purchased one phone and after being told our 2 current devices are compatible for use with cricket were planning on bringing our own devices for 2 other lines. We received our sim cards however they won't make or receive calls and after many hours on the phone with technical support have been told they are actually not compatible with the cricket network and we will have to purchase new phones for these 2 lines. However since the numbers have already been ported from our previous company they are considering us current customers and won't let us purchase phones with the new customer pricing, even though we haven't even ever had functional service with them. I feel like the new customer pricing should be honored since we were told our phones would work and that's why we didn't purchase additional new phones with our original order. I know we will be paying higher prices in the future which I get. But to charge us higher rates as a current customer when our serv
On July 25, 2019 I woke up with no Cricket Wireless cell phone service. My cell number was stolen! They managed to get past my PIN and my security question?? Within minutes, I start receiving emails that someone was transferring money out of my online bank account. I also started receiving notifications from Credit Karma about inquiries to my credit bureau file. I went to the Cricket store and I had to buy a new SIM card and they were able to get my number back to me. During the 4-5 hours someone else had my phone number, they were applying for credit cards and loans in my name. For the past week, I have done nothing but call credit card companies and banks to issue fraud alerts, change logins, passwords etc. I was able to recover the several thousand dollars that was almost stolen from my account. Because my cell number was compromised, law enforcement recommended I change my cell phone number. So I had to go in the store and ADD a second line
I have been on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours today and went to the local Cricket Authorized store to get and issue resolved with the day ending with the cricket repesentive hanging up with myself and the rep at the store. This is not exceptable and my issue need to be fixed or I will not hesitate to switch service.

My address "cant be found" by crickets website software when i try to activate my SIM card online???
I purchased a cricket SIM card through Amazon. I went through the "easy setup"website forms and everything works fine until I send my address, which is a regular street address in a rural area, and it refuses to accept it. It actually states "NOT FOUND" specifically when I type in my city. Customer service took so incredibly long, I tried to call twice and while on hold for exhorbitant amounts of time my phone battery died. TWICE.Cricket needs to upgrade their website software if they actually want customers. If I don't hear back from someone Im forced to return their SIM card and take my business somewhere else.Frustrated in WI
Hi guys, I currently have two lines with two different phone numbers. How do I go about changing a number on one of the lines? Specifically I want to delete the one number and port another number I have to this line. The other number is a google voice number so is this even possible? And if that's not possible because of it being a GV number, could I port a cell number to that line?
I was browsing FB, and suddenly my phone switched to a black screen with the message "Your SIM send a text message."What is going on?? I tried to access text history to see what was sent and to who, but apparently Cricket doesn't offer text log access.Any help appreciated. I don't like my phone going rogue :smileymad:

Who can go a couple of days without their phone? Changed over to Cricket 6 months ago bought a very nice phone still under warranty now it is not working.Cricket wants me to send it back through UPS and go without a phone for 2 days who in today's world can do that not me. It is easier just to change carriers and eat the cost of the new phone which I truly cannot afford to do but it's cheaper than going 2 days without a phone and I refuse to buy another phone from Cricket worst experience ever with a cell company customer service Cricket very poor policy I will be changing back to my old carrier if I cannot get satisfaction from cricket
Any advice on ways to unlock my phone?I'm a cricket customer for years, I have an LG V30 thinq, I have had the phone for Six Months as of two weeks ago.I'm going on a trip to Japan on Thursday, I have called into Cricket everyday for the past 2 weeks trying to get my unlock code and all they tell me every time is "We have created an urgent ticket for you, we don't know why we can't get your unlock code"I have talked to dozens of people and supervisors and they all give me the same answer. I'm really worried I'm about to go on my trip and have no access to my phone for travel.Any other solutions? I have gone to three different Cricket stores in town and they all say "we don't unlock phones in store" despite the Cricket website saying they have the ability to do so.Where do I go from here??I sent messages to both the Facebook and Twitter accounts and I have not received a response yet.
