Anyone else hate how cricket will ONLY give you a new phone at a discount price if you bring them new customers!? So if I play salesman for them then I can buy a new phone for the same price they will give a new customer, but if I don't sale sale sale then they charge an arm and a leg for a new phone!! Thanks for the throttling of data and thank you for the HHUUUGGGEEEE loyalty perks you guys give to us existing customers (for now anyways)
I haven't been able to log in in 2 years. This is my semi annual attempt to get support. When I try to reset my password, I'm told there are new security procedures and I should call in. When I call in, the person has no idea what I'm talking about. They talk me through the password reset just so I can read them the error message. Then they open a ticket, and I never hear about it again. Again, would love to actual log in into my account.
A few days ago my service stopped working and when I managed to get logged into the MyCricket app, it was listed as 'temporarily available". Yesterday I used the chat feature and it worked for about 14 hours. Then in the middle of the night it turned back off and is now listed as "suspended". I've never had this issue before, what can I do to resolve and stop it from happening again?
Hi guys, I currently have two lines with two different phone numbers. How do I go about changing a number on one of the lines? Specifically I want to delete the one number and port another number I have to this line. The other number is a google voice number so is this even possible? And if that's not possible because of it being a GV number, could I port a cell number to that line?
My name is michaeland I have been a long time customer of Criket wireless with multiple lines from y’all (2564868822) I am emailing y’all today because of the treatment I have received over the last few months I have been trying to upgrade my phone and add another line and bring a number over for at least four months now but every time I try I get lied too on the prices every time and promised credit which was not recorded like I was told it would be I am on a fixed income and can’t afford extra charges at the end I pay y’all every mounth my bill is due and have been for at least 2 years maybe more my personal cell phone has no sound at all so I am limited to only tex messages but I pay the premium price which is not y’all’s fault by no means but when you tell a customer a price they should honor what they say now yesterday was the worst treatment I have ever received as a customer to any company much less yall which I have been very loyal too I called yesterday morning around 7 am cen
It has been a couple of months now,I order my phone and tried to order my husband's phone at same Time til after several tries it would not work even though a MAN on the phone told me it would!!! Well I got my New Phone in 2 days Motorola g Play for $59.99!!!After I ORDERED husband's phone WAITED 10 plus Days I called everyday after first 3 days, went to Two different Cricket Stores first one really trying to help 2nd one said I messed the system up and UNTIL SOME SUPERVISOR Will take care of it I cannot get my husband a new phone ( we like haveing same phone)Which is So Wrong!!! She was rude also said keep calling to talk to supervisor But Supervisors Hang Up then are suddenly not there!!! I pay my bill on time. CAN ANYONE HELP??? or should I just change companies?
I started wondering why my service went to crap and come to find out AT&t is in control of you so therefore I will be suspending my services as soon as my bill date is due and switching to boost Mobile to get away from AT&t AT&t is a worthless company they have no business handling my phone they have no business handling anything cuz they can't even handle what they have my brand new phone doesn't work worth anything your company cannot fix it because your service is crap you guys need to go ahead and go bankrupt
My phone has been acting weird for the last week and a half or so.. When I make a call it either says "emergency only" or doesnt let me complete a call due to "airplane mode being on" I check the settings and it doesnt show that it is on.. I switch it just to be sure any how (from on to off) and it didnt work.. Restarted the phone.. Took the battery out etc NOTHING IS WORKING. My texts wont send.. Can't call or recieve calls.. It is weird. My service keeps going in and outWhat do I do?
Cricket wireless Is a bunch of low life FUCKING THIEVES!!!! I bought one of their new phones and they refuse to either import my number or activate my phone with a new phone number, its been over 4 weeks and the lying fuckers keep saying the same thing, ”it will be imported by tomorrow at 3pm” and of course it never happens, and one of their customer service people even told me I’d have to buy another $30 to $40 dollar plan in order to activate my cricket wireless phone with a new phone number, so they’ve already gotten around a hundred dollars from me without giving me any service and then they actually want more money! FUCKING THIEVES!!!!
My son received a new phone for Christmas and saw that T-mobile and Cricket accepted his new phone for phone service, so he decided to use Cricket. We paid for his SIM card and monthly fee online and waited for the SIM card to be delivered via mail.On the day that it came, he followed all online directions and we discovered that Cricket wanted us to pay more money. Since we had just paid everything only two days ago we weren’t going to pay more. So we called the customer support center and waited. Unlike other companies that call you back if the are lengthy wait times, Cricket does not have this feature, so we had to stay on the phone for over 19 minutes until someone could take our call. This person was “Mark”, who was working from his home Country of India. Now I personally have nothing against this, except that I feel that something got lost in translation between Mark and myself, because he told us that out new phone was not compatible with Cricket. I want to speak to a supervisor I want a supervisor to call me immediately I am sick and tired of filing complaints to your terrible service you guys refuse to fix the issues and you have stolen $70 from me and I have proof from my bank account as well as text messages from you guys. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in 17 years and I can wholeheartedly say that without being overly dramatic. I wish with every fiber of my being that I could report this company to the police and show in a court of law with documents from my bank and text messages from your company from the people who have helped me stating how much I would be charged in detail exactly for what I was asking for and for what I was paying for and how your company continues to overly charge me money even after I've made my phone payment. I've been doing criket since 2007 the service is getting worse and automated seem like they lost interest in keeping customers happy, and the only way to show is to vote by putting my money in someone else's account. Okay brace yourselves if you’re not ready to hear something negative because I have a lot to share. Yesterday I decided to call to cricket wireless and let them know that I would be switching providers because I am not happy with their cellular service. The representative let me know that it would not be an issue to switch my account and that all she would have to do is allow the account to naturally suspend due to nonpayment, and then the account would eventually cancel. I switch over to AT&T and decided to reactivate my phone. AT&T the informed me that my phone was still locked by cricket wireless. So I then had to proceed with a second phone call to cricket customer service to see why I was not able to switch over my device. I was been told by a second representative that my account was canceled and that there was no way from my phone line to get transferred over because the account with Cricket was already closed. For the past week I've been trying to upgrade my son's phone on our 5 line plan to an Apple XR (128 GB). So far, no success. I progress to the last screen but when I click "Place Order" I get "Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact Customer Support". I've tried on muiltiple days with different credit cards, no luck. I went to the Cricket store, but they admitted that they didn't know what the problem was and they couldn't help me. They tried to ring me up in the store with no luck. I then called customer support, twice. The first time was worthless (after taking nearly an hour to reach a human). The second time (yesterday) the person said they did something to fix the issue and to try and puchase again after midnight. Well, I just tried and I received that same error message. I'm almost to the point of switching my entire family to another carrier.
I’ve been a cricket customer for over 10 years.I have 5 lines on my plan. Just recently I had lost my iPhone went to the cricket store went through the insurance process got me a new phone. Some how cricket instead of marking my phone as lost or stolen they marked my wife’s phone as lost or stolen. They turned my wifes phone off I’ve called cricket numerous times they will turn it back on then about 30 minutes later right back off . They have told me asurion is the one that marked it lost or stolen and asurion tells me cricket does. I don’t care who does I want it fixed I shouldn’t have to keep calling both companies they should work it out between them. This has been going on for almost a dang month now. My wife needs her phone hell the school tried to call her to tell her our kids was getting out early do to ice and couldn’t reach her on top of that she slid off the road on the way home and couldn’t call me for help luckily I’ve got a suspicion about things like that and went to look
I was trying to set up my Cricket online account but the temporary password isn’t coming to my hotspot. I tried support and after the 6th time I had to tell the agent it was a hotspot, not a phone so no I wasn’t receiving texts from my friends on it...I gave up. I tried going into 192.168.1.1 and I could see messages there but they were all old (had to get a new SIM card). When I tried to to back into 192.168.1.1 I now get a message the site can’t be reached (tried several browsers on both a desktop and a separate phone).
I have a sneaky feeling that someone else has hacked into either my account or my phone number. This morning, my uncle called me and said that I called him 4 times in the middle of the night. I told him I never made such a call, but after he hung up, I checked my phone and found that I made NO calls to him during that time. I am worried because sometime last week, I was browsing on my phone when the network suddenly vanished. and only returned after I restarted the phone. I have changed my password but how can I change my PIN? Also, I want to have a 3-step verification; how do I do that?
My bill was paid two days before it was due. Service is suspended only on my phone but my other four lines still work. It shows there’s no payment due. I have a confirmation for my payment. Why is my line suspended and how do I fix this because they’re not open until morning.
We are new customers that purchased one phone and after being told our 2 current devices are compatible for use with cricket were planning on bringing our own devices for 2 other lines. We received our sim cards however they won't make or receive calls and after many hours on the phone with technical support have been told they are actually not compatible with the cricket network and we will have to purchase new phones for these 2 lines. However since the numbers have already been ported from our previous company they are considering us current customers and won't let us purchase phones with the new customer pricing, even though we haven't even ever had functional service with them. I feel like the new customer pricing should be honored since we were told our phones would work and that's why we didn't purchase additional new phones with our original order. I know we will be paying higher prices in the future which I get. But to charge us higher rates as a current customer when our serv
