Someone set up a cricket account using my email address. How do I remove my email address from this account? and no I do not have the cell number. please help. Calling up the help number is useless. I cannot get through to a human and not category exists for this problem. thanks for your help.
I called yesterday to report my 2nd line was stolen and or lost. I issued the phone # of the line that needed to be placed on a hold until we could figure out where the device was. The rep said not a problem asked me to hold, and hung up. I called back to make sure the issue was resolved rep said oh yes the line is on hold nothing else I needed to do. I drove to work. Now my phone is not working and is suspended. After ALL day of speaking back and for with Cricket. Getting hung up on. Yelling on my end because I needed my phone to do business that day they finally reactivated it. Within 2 hours I get back home, we go to local Cricket store and purchase a new phone because we now realize the other device is lost. They had NO problem reactivating the line and letting us buy a new phone. 20 min after walking out the door my line AGAIN gets disconnected. Cust service places me and the Cricket store employee on hold for over 30+ min for supervisor. Makes me get the 2nd device to talk on. I
I seem to be having problem with shipping. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 GB then and I didn’t received an email notification of tracking shipping. So I know something is wrong, then I’m glad I received my money back the next day . I ordered it again today and still the same problem. I need an new IPhone 11 Pro Max but it’s out of stock now and it was 20 in stock last time I checked. Anyway, I just want to ordered it but I went to 6 different cricket store and they don’t have any. They don’t know when iPhone coming in store yet. It’s really frustrating and I can be impatient. I hope you guys HMU of any information if it’s in stock in stores.
I am working on porting my number to T-Mobile. I have two number under my account. One number went through immediately, but the other one keeps receiving the error: wrong account number. I locate my account number with cricket app and by chatting with agent. Any ideas why and what should I do?
1. This is the worst site , I have ever seen. Programming is absolutely terrible. Fire the person who is programming this site. He/She is costing cricket millions of dollars. 2. Menus for payment; I have a credit, yet the site can only request for me to use my credit card ???? No work around.3. There is no way to restart my plan by paying early (if data runs out).??? Payment is a very simple process folks. 4. So say I want to pay cricket to add say 15GB hotspot, $10 mid plan. There is a check box one time or monthly , with a upload and review plan button . I check one time, review (AND LANDING PAGE IS PROGRAMMED ON THE MAIN ACCOUNT PAGE) , apparently cricket can not handle this simple fee. It requests I must pay my next months bill , even if I suggest a one time payment? 5. Does the programmer actually go through the queries to CHECK WHAT CUSTOMERS GO THROUGH?6. . Customer service can see all the errors, but apparently they dont know how to contact THE PROGRAMMER!&
I have been trying to upgrade three of the phones on my account. The website only allowed one phone in the cart at a time, so I went through the checkout process with the first phone. After that, the website would not allow me to check out with the second phone; I kept getting different messages about not being able to use that credit card (I tried multiple cards, and none worked), and also a generic “oops, something went wrong, please contact customer support.” When I chatted with customer service, they told me that I can only upgrade one phone at a time, and I have to receive and activate the first phone before ordering the second one. This is frustratingly slow, but I waited a week for the first phone to be delivered and I activated it. Then I tried again to complete the checkout process with the second phone. I still got the same error messages. Two more customer support people told me that I should just keep trying, or go to a Cricket store— neither could explain what was wrong wi
I have been having sexual harassment calls for months also people calling hanging up. I talked to the same employee 4 times in 3 months begging for a phone number change she promised I would get it straightened out with cricket and I would get texts with my new phone number. I have been with cricket from the 1st month you opened up. Do to your lack of responsibilities of throwing such a serious issue guess yall don't realize that some of us don't have $15 to change my number but that's just shows you have no care in the world for your customers but it can lead to the lock of honesty, caring, loyalty which you have from me why do I get treated differently cuz I m on the other side of the desk. How would cricket ever possibly know if whom is continueing with the scary nasty calls hadn't killed me due to your lack of good customer care. I don't have the $15 dollars I'm totally disabled. We have five members of the family, five lines with cricket. They only let 3 of us have upgraded phones. The other two family members are stuck with their old old phones ! We get this message at checkout: We cannot ship to the address you entered. Looks like you've reached the maximum number of orders allowed for one address.
I have a data only plan. My SIM card is in a security camera that is mounted 30’ up in the air on a telephone pole. I cannot access it, at least not without renting equipment to get me up there again. I am not able to create an account on Cricket or load the Cricket App since all requests for a password are texted to my device, which is inaccessible. Therefore, I cannot manage my bill or do anything else. It seems that Cricket support cannot add a new phone number which I can actually get messages on, nor do they send emails or even paper mail. How am I to manage my account if I cannot access it via the website or app?Cricket support has said that I need to pull my SIM card and put it into another Cricket phone to receive the messages to create my account. Frankly, if I have to rent a lift to pull my SIM card, I will be doing so to replace their data plan with someone else’s. I called customer service through wifi calling because randomly my service turned off says my card has no connection they set up a ticket for my phone but now I can't wifi call and it's telling me to contact cricket and I litteraly bought this phone two days ago with no issues. Help?
My phone has been acting weird for the last week and a half or so.. When I make a call it either says "emergency only" or doesnt let me complete a call due to "airplane mode being on" I check the settings and it doesnt show that it is on.. I switch it just to be sure any how (from on to off) and it didnt work.. Restarted the phone.. Took the battery out etc NOTHING IS WORKING. My texts wont send.. Can't call or recieve calls.. It is weird. My service keeps going in and outWhat do I do?
I was trying to set up my Cricket online account but the temporary password isn’t coming to my hotspot. I tried support and after the 6th time I had to tell the agent it was a hotspot, not a phone so no I wasn’t receiving texts from my friends on it...I gave up. I tried going into 192.168.1.1 and I could see messages there but they were all old (had to get a new SIM card). When I tried to to back into 192.168.1.1 I now get a message the site can’t be reached (tried several browsers on both a desktop and a separate phone).
Need clarification on this and ASAP...I need access to call history and SMS texting as well for a phone active on my account. Am I understanding correctly that A COURT ORDERED SUBPOENA is required to obtain call records?? And that text messages aren't saved/cached at all?
I was told by a chat associate that I could file an official complaint here. Customers should be able to see their own call logs from their account. I need them to prove something to the state and was told I need to hire a lawyer, who will need to get a court subpoena for me to get the records. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is a very minor issue that does not require judges or lawyers.
This past spring I got a new phone, same number and plan, nothing changed other than my phone but now I get at least 10+ text scams a day! I get scam calls more too. I even signed up for the "do not call" list and it hasn't gotten better. My bf switched to cricket at the same time, so we could save money, and he's getting excess spam as well... only that keep calling him Courtney. WHY???
So for the last 3 months I have recently found out that my phone has been using anywhere between: 2 to 4 GB of data around the same time(s) (3:30AM and 10:20AM). This shouldn't be possible, because I am asleep and all my apps are turned off and all the settings for the apps only use Wi-Fi.After noticing this, I decided for the last several weeks to not only close out my apps, but to put my phone into airplane mode and then turn off my phone before bed. To my dismay, this seems to have no effect. The report still saying that I am using data somehow even though there should be no feasible way this is happening. The only thing I can think of is Cricket wireless has an issue with their data usage tracker or a data hacker got a hold of my information and is now scalping data from my account. I have tried to contact customer support from Cricket, but was told that "my phone was on, the data was being used, and that the system is accurate and it's on me". I'm honestly at my wits end.
