My bill was paid two days before it was due. Service is suspended only on my phone but my other four lines still work. It shows there’s no payment due. I have a confirmation for my payment. Why is my line suspended and how do I fix this because they’re not open until morning.
The beginning of November 2021 I went into pay my bill for the month of November for my iPhone 11. I had previously owned a galaxy note with galaxy live buds and I saw the significance and the ease that life became once I used those two items together obviously one was built to complement the other. Since I’m a new customer to Apple I wanted that same experience with the iPhone and being in the cold environment and homeless I felt it necessary to make a purchase of some wireless earbuds made by Apple. I had $70 in my wallet after I paid my bill and there was on display right by the cash register a little white box that was so signature of an Apple product I had seen the little white box in previous visits but was always intimidated because I knew they were going to be expensive. Lets face it. Cricket is a budget company with budget phones. Gets u out of a tight spot if ur desperate. But then when its time to upgrade or change ur number, or pretty much anything, its basically a giant fuck u. Here come all the surcharges. Whats more which they dont mention in the stores is u have to have an open account for 6 months with the phone u bought in order to get the lock code. Doesnt matter that u spent $xxx.xx and its YOUR phone. They hold u and it hostage. I pray i never become so desperate again to EVER do business with this company. Phuck Cricket
Hello, been trying to login to the cricket app with no luck at all over Wi-Fi after being able to login at 8am this morning. I saw some topics on here where cricket support replied saying its nothing wrong with the app. Cleary there is something in the app that is set to block non-cricket IPs. I’ve seen dozens of messages to @CricketSupport on twitter and on the comments on facebook about the issue.Please Cricket tell me what i must do to fix this issue.
Hello,Last Wednesday I noticed service interruption on my phone and contacted Cricket immediately.They opened a case and no resolution so far and I am spending sleepless nights.All the info they gave is my number is ported out without my permission to some scammers.Not sure how someone else could do that on my behalf though I have account pin/security question setup. The funny thing is when there were initial service interruption, called support to see what's going on, they made me reset my PIN saying the old one was not working. The next day again when service completely gone, called them again to see what's going on, they had to reset my PIN since the one reset past day was not working again.Only the way to contact Cricket is Customer support number or Chat. There is no special option for fraud prevention or security issues troubleshooting. Every day I call multiple times and they say it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, so just "wait wait wait". hello my name is Betty. I have had your services for some time. On May 26, 2021 I was unable to use my phone due to my phone being reported lost or stolen on May 24, 2021. I have NEVER reported my phone lost or stolen. I had been able to use my phone up until after 12pm 5/26. I spoke with "Melannie" and asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated that she had to see if her supervisor "WANTED TO SPEAK WITH ME." I went into one of your locations on Buckingham/Jupiter Rd in Richardson, TX explained the situation to your agents who tried very hard to assist me and they both called the call center for assistance and witnessed the disrespect and displacement pertaining to this situation. I spoke with "Anderson" who gave me a case number C-E4602I, and when I asked for a Supervisor he hung up the phone. The agent from Cricket at the Buckingham/Richardson location called back and we spoke with Josh @ 545. Who of course, hung the phone up..but he tried to act as if the call just dropped. I called
Does Cricket just… Not like money? I’ve been fighting for an hour to upgrade my phone. Between it continuously bouncing the amount I owe between $500 and $965, declining my credit card on their website, PayPal, and Google Pay, giving me a ‘kountSessionID is required’ error, and saying “our servers are struggling today”, I’ve given up.It’s been a while since a website was so bad I’ve considered switching providers altogether. I’m done jumping through hoops. Anyone else know how to resolve this? I’ve switched browsers, cleared my cookies - hell, I even went on incognito so there WERE no cookies to clear - and nothing. I’m getting tired of this. I just want to upgrade my phone and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops and use cheat codes to figure out how.
Why can't I ever order a new upgrade phone off the website? I have been having this problem for years now. However I've tried different forms of payment cards, check to see if the address matched with the card and it always does. I also tried a different browser and different devices to order my devices and still the same problem. What gives? I'm about to go to another company like Verizon.
So here I sit on a hotspot writing this.. I have The EBB and it's active it even shows that I'm enrolled in it on my account but yet I'm told I have to pay 65$. Bc there's. 5$ activation fee. My phone broke 12/28/21. I went in to my local cricket store and was told since i qualify for the 3g upgrade i could get a phone for free. My account had been suspended bc i took my sim card had popped out when the phone fell. After my account was restored, the Cricket store manager tried to set the phone up it showed i had to pay full price. This happened twice, at 2 different stores. I called customer service new years eve. I was told that yes, i qualified for the free phone which was the moto stylus BUT at the same time the phone wasnt showing as being free. I was told it might be because cricket had just updated their system which may have been why that was happening. I waited til January 2nd to try to get this resolved. After waiting over 20 minutes, i was told that i DID not qualify for the 3g upgrade. After i was told by 3 different people that I DID QUALIFY, suddenly i don't qualify. I have an unlocked iPhone se now with a cricket SIM card that was working on the cricket network. How do I go about setting up my new account and keep my current phone number?
I seem to be having problem with shipping. I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max 256 GB then and I didn’t received an email notification of tracking shipping. So I know something is wrong, then I’m glad I received my money back the next day . I ordered it again today and still the same problem. I need an new IPhone 11 Pro Max but it’s out of stock now and it was 20 in stock last time I checked. Anyway, I just want to ordered it but I went to 6 different cricket store and they don’t have any. They don’t know when iPhone coming in store yet. It’s really frustrating and I can be impatient. I’m currently stuck in a foreign country where I don’t speak even one word of the language and nobody speaks English. I am unable to use my phone because cricket locked it without me knowing. I can’t put in a SIM card from the country I’m in because of this issue. I brought my own phone with me to cricket, 100% unlocked two years ago. I’ve paid my bill on time for the past two years. I obviously meet the criteria to have it unlocked. But how can I get customer service to help??? The website wants to send me something via text. To my phone. Which is locked to cricket. I just transferred to Cricket and when I go to create an account it will not allow me to finish the process. I can enter my phone number, create a username, and receive a temporary password via SMS. But once I get to creating the actual password it says it is invalid/doesn’t meet requirements, even though it does and all of the check marks show on the requirements. I’ve contacted customer service and they told me to try again in 24 hours, which I have now done and it is still giving me the same issue. I have tried on a desktop and mobile device as well as various passwords, but nothing seems to work.
I bought a phone line using my existing phone but to get a new number I did all of this with a bring your own phone SIM card activated the account with my debit card then literally lost my phone now I'm struggling to get a phone on my service that I don't have any information for except the credit card they bill every month for $50 and have no way to recover suspend or anything for this account so $50 two months in a row now I have not been able to use any phone on this account because I don't know the account number or the phone number
I bought my 1st cricket phone December 28 2021, with an offer for 1 yr Sam's club membership. Never received any txt or email with that info or codes. I went to my local cricket store this week and the KID working there said "oh yeah, they stopped that". I said I don't care if they stopped that, it was part of the pack I PAID for when buying into cricket phone service, period. He stated " yeah, lots of people are mad about it but sorry lady". WRONG, I want what I was offered. This is obviously a scam. I'm VERY dissatisfied with Cricket thus far for various reasons and I am telling everyone I know in our small town to steer clear of Cricket. They make promises to get you in but no follow thru. Recently our towers were down, Cricket told us to call when they were up for a credit. I called this morning to ask. They told me the tower wasn’t ready yet, so I asked the lady on the phone should I just make my payment and wait for credit later and she said yes. I told her I have automatic payment set up should I just let it process or go ahead and make it. She said go ahead and make it, I asked her if it would still automatically come out and she said NO. So I made the payment. A few mins later the automatic payment came out as well. I called Cricket because both payments are still pending and I was at my bank when I called. The bank said all Cricket has to do is drop one of the payments and it won’t process. Cricket told me they can’t and won’t refund the payment that it will just be a credit on my next months bill. I have never had a problem with Cricket and I've been with them since 2009 however in our area for some reason it's been about 2 months to 3 months where no one in my family plan gets service! This is never ending. I am on autopay yet I woke to no service because I am told I have a balance of 15.00. No explanation and since I am on autopay it makes no sense. I did upgrade to a plan with more data but was never asked to make a payment. Then to top it off, I was charged 4.00 fee to apply a payment. Why would this happen?
