I ordered a phone upgrade on 08/14/2020, on 08/17/2020 it was delivered. I went online to activate it and was unable to, received a message to call support. I called in, they could not activate the phone & told me it'd be fixed within 24 hours. It is now 08/24/2020, almost a full week of no phone (8 pm tonight marks 1 full week). My line shows as suspended & when I call in to Customer Service the only response I receive is that it will be corrected within 24 hours.
This is not helpful. I NEED a working phone.
Please reinstate my line. I cannot count how many times I have called in, chatted in, always the same runaround, it'll be handled within 24 hours. IT'S BEEN A WEEK!
I am missing important communication and if anything happens when I am without a phone I guarantee I am holding Cricket liable.
This is ridiculous. Please help!

I purchased what I thought was an unlocked phone from Facebook. I put my sim card in it and it was fine. Got home, went to set the phone up and it said it wasn't compatible with cricket, ok fine whatever, but when I put my sim card back in my original phone, it says my line is suspended. There are a total of 5 lines on my account and mine is the only one suspended. Could someone please explain why???? When I tried calling it said I needed to make payment. My bill isn't due for a few weeks. This is completely frustrating.
