I’ve been trying to log into my account and get the following error messages:
You don't have permission to access "http://www.cricketwireless.com/restservices/accountauth/v1/authtokens/halo" on this server.
I tried the following:
- Clearing cache and browser history
- Different devices
- VPN on and off

I’ve been getting the same error for a few weeks now when trying to sign in to update my credit card information! Also tried with/without VPN clearing cache/private browser session. Nothing seems to work.
Eventually my account was suspended, so now I’m on the phone trying to update that information. Sadly Cricket has horrendous customer support, and it’s almost impossible to get on the line with anybody. Will definitely be moving to a different service provider.
@egroenert @zeande I would just create a new account if you’re still having issues. Remember, you can’t use your phone number or an email addy for your username anymore.
