Due to many failed login attempts I am not able to login, and now my account is locked. i am late on making my monthly payment, therefore i can't receive messages from cricket in regards to getting a new password. It's after hours and Cricket is closed ..i am trying to make a payment but cant see my balance due ..because i cant get any messages . I feel that by email is best when it comes to communication between cricket and customer due to situations like mine . Please help and Thank you Laura Salgado
