I bought a phone line using my existing phone but to get a new number I did all of this with a bring your own phone SIM card activated the account with my debit card then literally lost my phone now I'm struggling to get a phone on my service that I don't have any information for except the credit card they bill every month for $50 and have no way to recover suspend or anything for this account so $50 two months in a row now I have not been able to use any phone on this account because I don't know the account number or the phone number

Do y’all reset account passwords when I don’t have a phone number? Because I have a SIM card with me and I don’t know if it’ll work like that or not, let me know.
