This is the company in the world where I have an account and cannot change my mailing address online. Am I missing something here? If I am, please tell me how to do it.

Nowhere on the page you provided a link to can I change my address. I have called customer service twice and twice I had them update my address. I tried to order a phone online and it still keeps coming up that there is a problem with my address. So either provide me a step by step procedure for updating my account, including address, or I am going to contact Consumer Reports and tell them how lousy Cricket customer service and their web page is. This should not be difficult. I am also told, well go to the Cricket store. I am online, I don't want to go to the store. Is that not the idea of having a web page?
There is no place to change address. I can change passwords, e-mails, security code, just about anything else, but not my address.
Where are you reading this information? There is no where to "Select Edit to change your account info".
Hi I tried ordering me and iPhone and couldn't because my mailing address have to matching my credit card mailing address so now I can not order online from cricket hope this help.
What a load of Crap by Cricket on changing your address. I do not use social media. So solution, they can contact me by text or email. Better activity awaits me rather than this merry-go-roundzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
You are soo right and I too dont use social media I have been trying to edit my address for the longest and yes I dont know were he's getting his info but no were on website or app does it have anywhere to edit address. If there is a real way to make this change I'd like to know too please
And here asked that thinking I was an idiot because I can't figure out how to change my address so that I too can order a new phone.

Don’t use cricket this company fuccckin sucks. I’ve never in my whole life found a company the Repeatedly makes it a nightmare to give them money. Avoid at all costs
