Thank you so much for your question. Unfortunately if the device is cracked and you do not have insurance then we cannot replace the device. Warranty will not cover a device that has physical damage. You can however upgrade or bring an old existing phone over if you need to.
My phone is cut off due to a upgrade yesterday in store they said I didn't have 2 pay anything I said you sure they said yes now my phone is off an it want let me pay it on cricket app saying something temporarily out an an they dont open till 12 I need my phone on
