My Phone number hacked

Hello All, my phone number and my daugher number was ported by someone else and changed the 4 digit pin as well, i have been using this Iphone 7 and same sime for last 5+ yrs.

when called Cricket customer they are saying number is activated in new sim card and Galaxy i9

 

not sure how to deal this, can i get the old number back
