I’ve been a cricket customer for over 10 years.I have 5 lines on my plan. Just recently I had lost my iPhone went to the cricket store went through the insurance process got me a new phone. Some how cricket instead of marking my phone as lost or stolen they marked my wife’s phone as lost or stolen. They turned my wifes phone off I’ve called cricket numerous times they will turn it back on then about 30 minutes later right back off . They have told me asurion is the one that marked it lost or stolen and asurion tells me cricket does. I don’t care who does I want it fixed I shouldn’t have to keep calling both companies they should work it out between them. This has been going on for almost a dang month now. My wife needs her phone hell the school tried to call her to tell her our kids was getting out early do to ice and couldn’t reach her on top of that she slid off the road on the way home and couldn’t call me for help luckily I’ve got a suspicion about things like that and went to look for her. I’m beyond pissed at this. I want it fixed and I’m not buying a new iPhone because they messed hers up if anyone is cricket is. Or I will take my business somewhere else
