Hello, been trying to login to the cricket app with no luck at all over Wi-Fi after being able to login at 8am this morning. I saw some topics on here where cricket support replied saying its nothing wrong with the app. Cleary there is something in the app that is set to block non-cricket IPs. I’ve seen dozens of messages to @CricketSupport on twitter and on the comments on facebook about the issue.
Please Cricket tell me what i must do to fix this issue.

We’re sorry you’ve had issues with the app. Please know we’d love to assist you! Please be sure to also update your device software to the latest version. Only use your Cricket cellular data to access the app and manually enter your username and passcode.
