New phone coming

I have a new phone coming, a ssmdung s20. I currently have a Samsung S8+ can I just switch the sim card or must I contact cricket.
I am currently a cricket customer.

Hello @7272016411! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. You can insert your current SIM card into your new device when it arrives. That will allow your service to be on your new device.
