I added my old phone number to act as my main for my cricket account. I actually need a new number not the existing number. Would I have to cancel my order and start fresh, or is there a way someone can help me go about changing this?

If you already activated the line or processed the order, you can always call customer service (611) and ask for a number change for the line you want. It does cost $15 tho, FYI.
