No access to my facebook or google photos

I bought a new phone kept the number but i cant access any of my apps or accounts?

If you can download the apps, and your account information hasnt changed, you should be able to have access to your files.

I upgreaded my phone April 17, 2020

in Taylor Tx. and everything works but when i installed my Yahoo account and facebook

instagram it gave me trouble when i put in my account info it would either buffer for a long

time and pop up cricke webpage not available or account of person not found

i would put my yahoo mail address for facebook or my phone number and it wouldnt recgonize it. i need this corrected asap
