I've paid my bill early,  but for the last week my phone has said I have no service. I can't make calls or send texts. I need this fixed.

  • I feel like the service has gone so downhill… everything from the affordability to the troubleshooting to the people who work in the store. If my phone is not on tomorrow AM I am returning my new Galaxy and Iphone and taking my business somewhere else. :angry::rage: I have wasted so much time talking to these idiots who just refer back and forth between the store and online. I have been a client like 4 years too
