I was going on vacation in Europe in July 2022. I went online and added the $15 international feature to my phone plan so I could stay in contact with family I was traveling with.. When I got to Europe my phone did not work at all. I tried to contact Cricket using my laptop to access my account but was not able to access Cricket when out of the country. When I returned from Europe I contacted Cricket requesting a credit of $15 which I had paid. After being on the phone for about 45 minutes talking to someone that didnt have a clue what I was saying I was informed that there was not going to be a credit issued because that service is only to call international from USA and if I wanted to call from out of the USA I should have bought a SIM card...which I would have done because I really needed to be able to use my phone. This info was not in the info on the website. I also stopped into a Cricket store in New Hampshire to confirm that I only needed to add the $15 feature to my account. After being told on the phone that I was not going to be issued a $15 credit I told him that I have been a Cricket customer for over 12 years and will be canceling my account..and they didnt seem to concerned about it so now I will change to the phone service offered by my cable company.  So long Cricket

All the details are listed in my first comment. $15 is not a lot of money but it is the principle of this matter. I was instructed to sign up for an addition to my account so I could use my phone on my first trip out of the country. I had no issues with this company in over 12 years I have been a Cricket customer but to be dismissed because I should have known I needed a SIM card shows me how much they value me as a customer. They can keep the $15 dollars because it is the last they will get from me. There are many other cell phone companies out there trying to attract customers, namely Xfinity which is provided by my cable company and the cell service that was used by my other family members that were traveling with me...who did not have SIM cards yet their phones worked.

I hasten to tell you some useful information about a very cool coinlive site https://coinlive.io/spectrocoin/ where the minimum loan amount is $100 and the maximum allowable amount is $250,000. You can find more details by following the link.
