Not working, apps keyboard

I've recently bought this phone and as I'm writing my keyboard keeps closing on its own. Camera restarts, and apps restart. It's frustrating I can't use any. What can I do?

@RosaV Thank you for visiting and posting on the Cricket Community Forum! All devices have a one year warranty with our company and also with the manufacturer. We would suggest before doing a warranty claim to make sure the devices software is up to date.
