Need clarification on this and ASAP...I need access to call history and SMS texting as well for a phone active on my account. Am I understanding correctly that A COURT ORDERED SUBPOENA is required to obtain call records?? And that text messages aren't saved/cached at all?
Omg Yesssss!! It’s so true! B/c Cricket is prepaid they don’t keep detailed billing, call records or nothing 🤷🏽♀️. At least you know your text and calls are private can’t be shared on the account though.

I am currently in a custody battle and if I had the call & text records for my phone that would really help me out. How do I go about getting them? And if I can get them can they supply full text conversations or would I have to figure out a way to print it from like screenshots off my phone or something? My ex never calls, and only texts maybe 2x a month but never to ask about or talk to, our son. So I need proof of this. Thanks.
