My account says order pending and I’m trying to purchase more hotspot data but I can’t, I need the order that is pending to be cleared, it’s been like this for over 24 hours

Hi, that can be easily fixed with customer service.
Authenticate your account with your phone number and pin, when there is a pending order that could be that you have tried to add more gigs to your hotspot and the transaction was not completed or if you've made an upgrade recently and instead activating the new sim card you are using the old one, the activation of the sim card is pending but that can be cancelled and you can still use the same sim card.
