I am visiting my mom in China now. My plan is the $30 per month - 5 GB plan. (The plan was purchased in the USA ~ 3 years ago. I keep use it for more than 3 years now.)

The due day of my monthly payment is the 21st day of every month.

But I can not log in my cricket account on my laptop in China.

I can open most of the cricket webpages in China. But I cannot log in my account. After I enter my phone number and password, it tells me: “

Access Denied

I also tried the quick pay option without log in my account. I can enter my credit card information and go to the payment review webpage. But when I hit “Submit payment” button, the webpage tells me “We're having issues loading this page. Please try again later.” 

I tried several different credit cards. None of them went through. I always got the same error message.

My next payment due day is May 21st.

How could I pay off my balance before the due day?

I do not think call in to pay is a good option. It always takes me more than 10 minutes to catch a live CSR when I dial 611. The international call rate from China to the USA is very expansive. I cannot afford that.
