I lost my phone on a train in Germany yesterday and have two pressing issues:
- I cannot access my Cricket account because I have forgotten my username/password and have no phone for things to be texted to. At minimum I’d like to cancel the autopay feature.
- I have ordered a new cellphone but would like the same number as my old phone (I have no idea how to do this).
I would greatly appreciate any help!
