Phone Lost Abroad?

I lost my phone on a train in Germany yesterday and have two pressing issues:

  1. I cannot access my Cricket account because I have forgotten my username/password and have no phone for things to be texted to. At minimum I’d like to cancel the autopay feature.
  2. I have ordered a new cellphone but would like the same number as my old phone (I have no idea how to do this).

I would greatly appreciate any help!

Thank you!

Hi @kungfubattle

I’m sorry to hear that you lost your phone! Your myCricket account is not accessible from outside of the U.S, so unfortunately you would not be able to log in while overseas. However, you can reach out to our international number at +1-214-547-2346 from any phone, or you can use the "Click to Chat" function with the link provided below for assistance with your account. To use your new phone with your same number, you will need a new SIM card (unless your new phone is eSIM compatible device w/ Cricket). If you need a new physical SIM card, you can visit your local Cricket Wireless store when you are back in the states, or reach out to us via PM to @CricketSupport when back in the states for further assistance.
