Poor customer service

I placed an order for a new service with Cricket. The add says next business free delivery. I have spent over 3 hours with their uneducated customer service and I still have not received my phone nor have I received any tracking number. This is not a good way to start a new business relationship. I am about ready to cancel my order. At this point I cannot say that I have had a good experience nor can I say that I would recommend their service. What I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!
