Port Out Scam

My account was cancelled today and my number was fraudulently ported out.  I was unable to reach a Customer Service rep after sitting on hold for 3.5 hours.  Once the thief had access to my phone number they were able to change my password on my email and then a whole bunch of other sites.


Is there anybody I can contact, or who can contact me to help get this sorted.
