I’m trying to activate my new phone, but your website is not working. I enter in all my details and I get the same error message: “Oops! Looks like were having a problem with [our] system. Please try again later.” That’s the thing… Nobodies admitting the system is broken, and nothing is being fixed about it. I have two phones that both suck and paying for service I can’t even access!
It’s been a few days now and I can not get passed this process. I took my phone to a store and the representative didn’t want to activate my new phone either!
