Whatsapp Store their message data base in cloud if you add their email account also the date will be safe in encrypted mode and if you want to save your messages then you sync method of your device because my Best Pots and Pans data is safe if use this methods.

Hello, you can recover deleted iMessage from iTunes Backup File
If you connect your iPhone to your computer using iTunes and regularly sync it, there’s a big chance that you can get back deleted iMessages using iTunes. Or you can apply a third party tool, I used the Bitwar wizard, and then you can open iTunes and Bitwar at the same time, click “Recover from iTunes Backup file”.

Thank you so much for your question. Unfortunately once the message is deleted there is no way to retrieve the message back.
