I am trying to remove a line from family cricket plan but I am unable to do so.
I have tried using the app and website : But no option to remove line is available
Tried reaching out to cricket store : The person in-charge said 611 would do
Tried calling 611 : No help, because no options to remove line or change account settings available.
PM to Cricket wireless Facebook page : No response
Need help urgently. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
You can remove a line by calling, chatting, or contacting us via social media (Hours are 8a-9p est). To speak with a representative over the phone you can just hit 0 a few times.
