Hi @ChrystalMooreRN & welcome to the Community Forum! Call records can only be obtained via a court subpeona. Please contact Cricket Customer Support for assistance at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or by dialing 611 from your Cricket phone. They are available Mon-Sat: 9 am to 9 pm EST, Sun: 10 am to 9 pm EST.

not cool not okay!  To give you an example, T-mobile always allowed their customers

to access the lists of callers and text messages!  this is not right.. the mere fact that you

are demanding a court subpoena is an injustice!  this is not how you should

remove accountability!  This in a word.. sucks!

stop this stupid mandate requirement .. i know of no other cell phone providers

who require this crap!  what the freak!

I need record of phone calls.  I can’t access this online.  Many other companies offering the access of phone call records.

I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHAT U.S. CODE CRICKET WIRELESS IS USING TO DENY CUSTOMERS WHAT IS THEIR RIGHT TO OBTAIN, FREELY! ESPECIALLY, WHEN IF YOU OPT FOR THE PAPER BILLS, A LIST OF YOUR CALL LOGS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ATTACHED, FREELY! THE CSR AT CRICKET WIRELESS JUST ADMITTED ITS A POLICY. AND POLICY IS NULL AND VOID AS IT SITS, IF ITS IN DIRECT OPPOSITION OF FEDERAL, AND MOST ESPECIALLY, CONSTITUTIONAL LAW!! A COMPANY HAS NO RIGHT TO DENY A CUSTOMER THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THEIR ACCOUNT!! IF YOU F.O.I.A. REQUEST IT, THEY WILL BE IN VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, IF THEY DENY YOU!! PERIOD!! IRREGARDLESS OF WHATEVER AND HOW MANY POLICIES THEY CLAIM TO HAVE AND QUOTE!! CRICKET WIRELESS IS BREAKING THE LAW BY DENYING CUSTOMER ACCESS TO THEIR OWN, PRIVATE INFORMATION THAT CRICKET WIRELESS COLLECTS!! AND THEY HAVE NO QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, THAT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO DENY THEIR CUSTOMERS THEIR RIGHTS... PERIOD!!
