My father prepaid for a whole year of Cricket service in Dec 2023. He had to switch service this week due to Cricket not working in his location any longer. He still had 5-6 months of credit remaining with Cricket. Is it possible to transfer that credit to my account?

View originalIf the Cricket account that has the credit is still active, then the credit could transfer if your father’s number is moved over to your account. If the cricket account is already cancelled or if he already ported out his number to another carrier then any remaining credit was forfeit, unfortunately.
