The worst customer service!!

Cricket is the worst  - I bought a new phone last week - only because the one I had purchased 6 months earlier stopped working due to Cricket changes. This was a phone that was approved by Cricket as a good phone 6 months earlier by checking the IMEI number on their web site!!

The phone purchases last week went relatively well

Trying to buy/upgrade another phone and Cricket just keeps telling me there are credit card issues.  They keep telling me it is not their issue and I should call the bank. 

I called the bank three times - they said there were no issues - I even contacted the fraud department and they verified that a transaction came thru and it was approved and they gave me the approval code.

Trying to work thru the issue with Cricket and they won’t do anything.  They just end the chat when they feel like they have told me enough times that it is the bank problem. 

Tried to call a couple of local Cricket stores - the said they don’t have the phone I want - I should call other stores.  No offer to check other store inventory for me or even to order one for me.  Of course I worry that even if I go into a Cricket sales office my credit cars wont’ work there either!!!!

I sure hope my scheduled payment works next month - or maybe I hope it does not!

What a stupid bunch of people.  Looking at Comcast now - maybe they will take my credit card!

You can’t fix stupid - especially when they don’t care!

I have been working with Cricket customer service for over three days!!

There is no way I am calling or contacting you ever again about this issue.  You had your shot at providing even reasonable customer service - you chose not to!

Boost isn't any better I was with them for the last 5years and I had no service at all when I crossed the railroad tracks in Winnsboro and I was unable to get any calls or texts in or out and it worked great until the bad storms came through and then it would not do anything for 4 months that I paid for no service at all and it cost me a really good job that and my husband passed away and the hospital was not able to get a call to let me know that he had passed away and that is the best reason to change the service to a service provider that is going to work every day and every place where I am going to be because I am not able to get past the fact that I had paid for the last 4 months and it was a big waste of my money and it could have been different if I had gotten the call before he died and then I could have been there with him and I was left alone and no closer now and I am not ever using Boost mobile or even recommend it to the worst enemy I have ever had because I feel so strongly about it.
