I'm trying to figure out how to transfer my line from one family account to a different family account. Personal issues have come up and I want to take my number from the family plan I'm on and go to someone else's family plan.

@Jason9374 they can help you, but you’ll need the pin numbers for both accounts in order to move your line f/ one acct to the other. Call 611 or reach out to them on social media. But be prepared to pay proration charges upfront if the due dates are different.
