Transfering Number

Just bought the unlimited plan from cricket, received the "You're Almost Done - Confirm Your Number Transfer" email, clicked on "Update My Information" link, entered the pin numbers for the phone numbers (they're all in the same account), go to click submit, and it just keeps asking me to click submit. Will the sim cards still be delivered? Or do I need to figure this out

I'm having the same issue. I received a link from Cricket in my email to enter the pin number for the 4 lines/phone numbers I'm transferring and after I click submit it shows an error stating "Oops? Somethings not right. Please enter the phone number you want to transfer."

@juanj2019 I would try contacting customer support. Social media seems to be the best bet based on what I have seen.
