Trouble Porting to New Carrier, Need Cricket SPID number

Have been trying to port my number to a new carrier for about a week now. Cricket says the port is ready to go, US Mobile says there is multiple port requests out on the number and there isn’t, they’re also saying there is invalid account info to complete the port, but the account and PIN are all correct. A possible solution has been brought to my attention that USM might have input an incorrect Service Profile ID number. Cricket support chat is telling me my account # and pin are my SPiD, but it should only be a 4 digit number, cricket/att specific. I’ve spent 5+ hours on the phone trying to get this number ported over, I just want to be done with this

@CD_Cricket uh yeah I sent your support team a message and haven’t gotten a response in 14 hours. This is getting ridiculous, guys
