Unable to change features on app

So I was adding hot spot, and my bank was updating and my card declined now Cricket says I have a pending or try back later then error message says unable to add it’s been over 24 hours, can anyone offer any advice

@myluvme  It sounds like maybe the order is still pending. I would contact them on FB or twitter if it's still not letting you change it.
