I recently enrolled with Cricket Wireless (last Friday). Signed up for the $55 unlimited plan and got the Moto Play. Before purchasing the phone the sales associate asked what id typically be using my mobile device for and I replied with " Mainly for gaming" The Moto Play is what they recommended and what I walked out of the store with. After just hours off using the device it became clear to me that it his device is certainly not suitable for gameplay. I looked online at the cricket website and discovered several other phones that I could have and should have been offered instead of the Moto Play. I was not. I know I should have researched before the purchase instead of afterwards, but I was under the assumption cricket employees would point mebi. The right direction. Is there anyway that I can exchange this device for a different one?
