unlock my device

Hi there!

Almost a year ago i get a LG Stylo 5, and i get paid about 6 months of the service, this was a gift of my brother, now we would change the company service cause actually i live in mexico, so i need to unlock this device to use in Mexico city, we already pay the first 6 month, but in my cricket app i cant unlock the device by my own
