Upgrade a line and use old phone on a new line

What I have now:
Line 1 with Phone A
Line 2 with Phone B
Line 3 with Phone C

What I want after:
Line 1 with Phone D (New)
Line 2 with Phone B
Line 3 with Phone C
Line 4 with Phone A (Previously on Line 1)

Do I need to fully complete and activate the upgrade on line 1, then come back and select "Bring my Own Phone" for the new line? Can it all be done in one shopping cart transaction?

@kblester, if you want to process all of that in one transaction it can only be done in store.  Otherwise you would need to fully activate the upgrade then go and process an add a line BYOD.
