upgrading phone fee question

I am wanting to upgrade 2 of my phones on my plan and I am wondering has anyone ever had the upgrade fee or the activation fee waived?

Hello @Curtisw225! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. Unfortunately, we do not waive the $25 upgrade fee. The $25 activation fees for new lines can be waived when ordering new lines via our Cricket Wireless website.
