Respected staff,
I have a cricket mobile sim card but i am unable to use it outside the US.
Is there any way i can use my sim card outside the US, mainly in United Arab Emirates?

@sarahadi Cricket only offers service in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. If your phone is unlocked you can buy a sim from a cell phone company there and use it in your phone. Wi-Fi calling/texting is an option too.

But even when i was in canada my sim was not working.
Is there any package that i can subscribe to in cricket to be able to use my sim card in united arab emirates ?Because right now i am in united arab emirates and i need to receive calls on my US number.

@sarahadi Canada and Mexico are included in the unlimited plans but not the lower plans. There are no options to use your Cricket service in any other country than the U.S., Canada, or Mexico except for Wi-Fi calling.
